Unit 905 is luxurious living with spectacular gulf views! Come and relax on Edgewater's 420' of private beach. This professionally decorated designer gulf front unit is well equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a fabulous vacation. Our one bedroom and one bathroom unit includes a large flat screen TV in the living area and master bedroom as well as DVD/VCR players and a stereo system. The master bedroom has a king bed with custom made bedding and the large bathroom has new cabinets and double sinks. The sleeper sofa will accommodate two additional guests.
Our condominium is accessorized with upscale furnishings. The designer kitchen boasts new custom cabinets, new countertops, and stainless appliances. It also has a full size washer and dryer. The living and dining areas have gorgeous tile floors. Cable television is provided along with complimentary HBO, FREE wireless internet.
Our Snowbirds enjoy planned daily activities as well as special parties planned and paid for by Edgewater. These include our famous Mardi Gras party! Our snowbirds also enjoy GOLF DISCOUNTS! Our on site personal trainer has scheduled classes tailored to our winter guests. Relax in the comfort of our heated pool and spa after a nice work out!
Edgewater offer convenient on site check in/concierge services and 24 hour maintenance is always available. Edgewater has an on site state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna. 2 sparkling pools, one which is fed by a waterfall, a children's pool, and a heated spa. We have gas grills located at the picnic area, along with shuffleboard and basketball courts. Enjoy lunch and drinks at our Tiki Bar and Grill with your FREE $20.00 gift certificate (minimum week stay). You can relax on our beautiful beach with FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay.
The local area offers a wide variety of championship golf courses, tennis, biking and hiking trails. We are with in walking distance to many of the areas fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and seafood markets. The world famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just across the street. Water sports, parasailing, and dolphin/sunset cruises are nearby.
Destin is one of the world's luckiest fishing villages. Edgewater Beach Condominium is a family friendly resort and by far the most fabulous resort in this natural paradise.
Edgewater does NOT charge the customary end of stay cleaning fee for daily, weekly or monthly stays. Winter guest also receive a free mini clean for each month of their stay.
Our condominium is 'No Smoking'. Edgewater policy prohibits pets and rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
