  I used to think that the place you stay doesn't matter much on vacation, you only really sleep there right? no, no.... Even if you are only "home" for a quick shower & rest before going back out... you want plenty of hot water and you want more than a dozen channels on the TV to watch for a bit. Check. A plethora of channels. And hot water with nice pressure and & dual rain head shower. I have been in rentals that promised wireless inet but upon arrival it just didn't seem to work. Then you have to go to Starbucks twice a day to check email. But it was on, up, fast and not an issue. Fantastic fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, more than enough closet space. Washer and dryer with detergent provided for you, so you don't have to run out in the middle of the night to buy some to wash like alot of vacation rentals Ive stayed at. Oh and extra pillows and blankets. Just the little things that you don't realize you need until you need them. Clean. Great communication from the owner. Also, location location location. Close to Lincoln Road Mall, Macys, restaurants, banks, theatre & Mt Sinai Hospital. Walking distance to Flamingo Park.

  This place was PERFECT! It is 100% as you see in the pictures: beautiful! It was spotless clean and super well maintained. You will have no surprises here. PERFECT place for foodies: The kitchen is to die for and you even have your own wine cellar to keep your wines at the perfect temperatures (one side for whites and the other for reds, with different temperatures). The dual shower heads were super nice as well. And you have a very good Wi-Fi signal. You are 2 blocks away from Lincoln Ave, with tons of great bars and restaurants. Starbucks, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Liquor store and many other stores 1 block away. CVS 3 blocks away, Publics 5 blocks away and tons of other places to go groceries shopping nearby as well. So even if you don’t have a car, you are good to go. The beach is a bit of a walk, about 8 blocks, but a nice one (you can walk down in Lincoln Ave and do some people watching). Easy access to downtown. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. When we get there we realized there was no iron or iron board, we called them and within 15 minutes we have a set in our hands. Talk about service and responsiveness! I would definitely stay here again and I would refer this to any friend or family.

  I stayed here for 10 days during New Years 2009-2010. I was extremely pleased not only with the location but with the willingness of the owner to make everything perfect during my stay. This condo is 1 block from Lincoln Mall and I will tell you everything you need is there. I never drove anywhere except the days I had to go into the office. The beach is a nice walk as well since you will journey right through Lincoln Mall on the way.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
