Breathtaking views from the two decks spanning the entire width of The Big House fronting the Gulf of Mexico. The master suite, living room and kitchen/dining occupy the first level gulf view allowing our guests to take in the quieting of the beach. Four bedrooms open onto the second level deck where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets or savor your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise. Your stress will evaporate as you gaze upon the moonlit waters from your bed!
Miles of white sugary sand and emerald waters provide endless fun, sand castles, swimming, walks, and naps in the sun.
This home has 4.5 baths and sleeps up to 18. The Big House is located on the quieter westerly end of Panama City Beach, but shopping, restaurants, entertainment, beverage store, and gas, are only minutes away. House features include an elevator, large living room with an additional family room upstairs, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and grassy area in the back inviting you to the white sandy beach.

We spent our annual family vacation (8 adults, 2 children) at the Big House for a week. It was as close to a perfect beach house as you can get! The house was gorgeous and had plenty of room with good amenities (extra refrig in garage, beach towels, well equipped kitchen, etc.) and just steps to the beach. Only drawback was there were problems with the cable in 2nd master BR & so the TV didn't work & they couldn't fix it. Otherwise, I rate this house as one of the best we've ever had for vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Owner response: The house is perfect now. The cable provider just spent two days rewiring and putting in a new splitter. I am sorry the repair was not done during your stay, but the required repairs were extensive. Please come back soon!

This was an Amazing place for our stay during a Family wedding at a nearby Park! Our large Family got to stay together and share the experience while being close to all the activities and venues for the Wedding. We had 7 adults and 5 children staying in the house not counting the Family that only stayed one or two nights. The Beach was quiet and great for our morning walks and sitting on the decks drinking coffee or watching the Sunsets. We would recommend this property and the Leasing office to all of our Friends and will be in contact again for our future stays at PC Beach.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The Big House was exactly like the pictures. Our family of 13 enjoyed the easy access to the beach, nearby restaurants and Pier Park.It was an absolutely great vacation. This could be a yearly vacation for us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Thanks so much Ms K. We came from the Bay Area to experience some Florida golf and beach with this being the first time I had ever used the VRBO service. This house was everything the description listed. Beautifully decorated and right on the beach. Ms K even suggested a local catering service which worked out perfectly. This was a guy's golf trip and this house was nearby both Camp Creek and Sharks Tooth. The house was close to Pier Park in Panama City and also Restaurant Paradis in Rosemary Beach. Great location. This house is perfect for couples or a group of girls or guys on a trip as the beds are all adult size. (no bunk or single beds) The section of beach was pretty tranquil also. I would recommend this property to anyone including family and friends still living in the South. Great for entertaining too. Thanks again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We offer a wide variety of breakfast items such as biscuits and gravy, bagel sandwiches, biscuit sandwiches, and muffins. We open bright and early at 6 am each morning. Breakfast is served until 10:30 am, with the exception of donuts being available until we close at 3 pm. Please note that we are closed on Wednesdays.
