  Beautiful home in a great location! We rented this condo for a long weekend in the summer for a family getaway. We have teenagers, small children, our over-65 year old mom...it worked well for everyone! The home was clean and the furnishings were nice. We had plenty of room for everyone. My mom sometimes needs a walker to help her get around. We used the bedroom on the first floor for her, which was roomy and private. Mom had no trouble navigating the stairs to get up to the main living/dining. There is a half-bath on that floor, which was nice so that she didn't have to go up and down. There is no elevator, so while this property may not work for some families, it was great for us. We enjoying being close to the beach, but ended up spending a lot of time at the beautiful swimming pool. Having small children, it was nice that the community was quiet, but there was still some fun to be had at the pool for us and our teens. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The residents and other renters were all very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed thanks to the informative email we were sent both before renting and with the rental contract. The owners let us know what was provided and what to take. We chose to eat in the condo quite a bit, and other than buying disposable foil pans for a large casserole, the kitchen had enough pots and pans and serving utensils for our needs. I would certainly recommend this property to family and friends. We had a great stay and will certainly be back!

  Read through the details above and you'll know exactly what this townhome has to offer -- lots and lots of space and lots of amenities (all of which are listed above). The bottom floor is a small, self sufficient suite that, being just 2 of us, was all the space we needed. The second floor is the living, dining, 1/2 bath, and kitchen, and the top floor is two large bedrooms with en suite baths. There is also the added bonus of a garage! I also have to mention the secure wi-fi access, which has become a necessity these days. It was very clean and comfortable and would be a great spot for a long, family stay. For those of you wanting to be on the water, this place is not (but again, it's not far away). Also, one neighbor (not sure permanent or temporary) was a family with 4 young and active boys. Lucky for us, they tired out early and got up early (just in sync with our schedule). The owners were very professional and responsive. Thanks for a great weekend!

  We had a great time at this townhouse! We really enjoyed the pool and the beach is just a few minutes away. Townhouse had plenty of space and just about everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
