This is a newly renovated ranch house.
There is a year round creek that crosses through the property along with several Artesian springs. The creek can be accessed by walking or by driving. Good fishing with Bass, Catfish, and Perch.
The house was completely rebuilt in it's original style, but with a few additions. Another full bath with handicap accessability, plus a half bath. Central heat and air conditioning.
The house has beautiful hardwood floors and the entire house is decorated in country style furnishings.
This property is the vicinity where Comanche Indians used to live, and sometimes arrow heads can still be found.
Less then 10 minutes from downtown San Antonio, (Riverwalk, Alamo, etc..), Only minutes from "civilization", yet when at this home, it is so quiet and peaceful, it seems as if you are way out in the country. The air is clean and the stars are clear.
