The condo (UNIT #B104) is inside the luxury resort community of Paraiso Del Mar, which is situated atop a peninsula overlooking La Paz. A direct flight from LA makes this the premier location for your next getaway. After you land at the La Paz airport, a short ride will take you to a private ferry, that will arrive at the community within minutes.
The condo is on the 1st floor of a beachfront building overlooking the Sea of Cortez. You'll watch the sunsets right from the patio, and enjoy spectacular views from the comfort of the spacious living room. Several steps from the patio is a large infinity swimming pool that the whole family can enjoy. A few steps further, and you'll arrive at an incredible beach that stretches for miles around the peninsula.
The community has a challenging 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, and offers sea kayaking. There is an assortment of activities to choose from inside the city of La Paz and surrounding areas. By boat, it's possible to explore and snorkel around the nearby island of Espiritu Santo, experience the area's world famous fishing, and observe the spectacular marine life. There are many amazing restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and social events to choose from.

Just returned from a week in paradise with our friends. This condo is in an excellent location-just steps from the pool and beach. We ate most of our meals on the patio and spent the evenings relaxing there with our drinks we kept in our kitchen. We stopped at the store on our way from the airport in the free shuttle and stocked up on beverages and food. We cooked our breakfasts and lunches at the condo and visited La Paz for dinner. The "taxi" is just a phone call away and the boat launch is just a mile from the condo. We also used the bikes for exercise and to explore Paraiso--and the sea kayaks were a new adventure for us. The pool bar is handy but we made our own drinks--not difficult since the condo is so close to the pool. The staff was very nice--helped with arranging our excursions--must go to Isla Espiritu-we used Mar Y Adventura--We also golfed--a very nice course with some great views. This condo has the best location in the whole complex--it is so nice to just walk to the pool and back when you need a snack or a bathroom break! And Natalia made the whole trip easy to plan. THanks for sharing your home with us!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a wonderful week in La Paz, staying at Paraiso del Mar. We were very pleased with both the unit and the property. The pictures on the website don't do the unit justice. It is huge, beautiful and spotless! The people who took care of us at Paraiso del Mar were extremely helpful! The arranged transportation to and from the airport with no problems. We loved Ana the property manager, she was so caring. Our two boys (13 and 11) loved taking both the golf cart shuttles around the property and taking the ferry across the short crossing to town. We also loved the complimentary bikes on the property, we would hop on to take rides to the little store, or to the ferry. We also took advantage of the complimentary kayaks! We loved those, and they were always available. The place is really a paradise, so mellow and uncrowded. The pool was gorgeous and it was great to have the pool bar there with food and drinks, which were surprisingly reasonable. It is an amazing place and condo! We are so glad we went, and plan on going again next year. The only thing we would do differently, is fly out of Tijuana instead of LAX. Flights to La Paz on Volaris are much cheaper, we discovered, than Horizon. Anyway, I never write reviews but really wanted to this time, because everything was so perfect!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

After our first visit, we were hooked. It was clear that this location and the brand new resort community was the definition of paradise, and that we were going to want to spend as much time there as possible. The views are absolutely gorgeous, the weather is amazing, and the area is rich with history and authenticity.

As soon as you step off the airplane, you'll be absorbed into the comfort that you'll experience throughout your vacation, as from start to finish you'll be catered to on every level. Because the unit is located on the first floor, stepping out to the pool or taking a walk down the beach can be done in a few steps and in complete convenience. Travel around the community, as well as to and from the ferry, is free and can be done at anytime of the day.
