This beautiful, luxurious ocean front 2400 sq ft townhome is the perfect vacation spot if you're looking for some rest and relaxation for you and your family. We are pretty sure you have already done your homework and found out that Indian Rocks is one of the best places to spend your family vacations, so we'll highlight why you should pick our townhome. We'll try to take away any worries and answer all of your questions that you might have. There is nothing worst than arriving somewhere that didn't live up to your expectations. We'll start with the outside and work ourselves in.
One of the nicest amenities that is often overlooked is the entrance and parking. Getting in and getting out to go to eat along with protection from the elements for your car is often overlooked. Our unit is gated and offers a garage for your vehicle along with ample guest parking. You don't have to drive around a huge parking lot or get in and out of a hot car that has been baking in the sun all day.
The front door to the townhome is just steps away, so getting in and out when you arrive or if you're bringing in groceries is really easy.
The first thing you will notice that is different then other condos in the area is the size. There are only 5 units in our whole complex! (REMEMBER TO CHECK THIS WHEN COMPARING OTHER PLACES) This gives you the feeling that you're arriving to a private beach home. There's nothing worst then arriving into a crowded noisy condo that is shared by hundreds of other vacationing guests, and it takes you 30 minutes just to park and get to your condo that is located on the 28th floor. Sometimes the noise and crowds can get overwhelming and can definitely ruin your vacation. Think of it this way, if it was just you and your family, wouldn't you want to have Disney World all to yourself or would you prefer to go when it's shoulder to shoulder and there is a hour wait to get on any ride. Think of our place as the "VIP Beach Speed Pass".
We have a beautiful beach with sugary white sand that is raked a few times a week, palm trees and sea grass. It is like your own private oasis. Our unit sits directly on the beach. The water is literally a stone's throw away. Watch the sunset every evening from either one of our two balconies that face the gulf of Mexico. The second floor balcony has a table and four chairs and a large gas grill so you can enjoy the view and eat dinner at the same time. Our third floor balcony is right off the master bedroom and is furnished with beautiful comfortable furniture so you can lounge every morning while drinking your coffee and watching the waves roll in.
Another totally unique characteristic of our property is that it sits in between the gulf of Mexico AND the intercoastal! This is another huge benefit of our condo compared to others. Across the street is not some noisy restaurant or gawdy hotel, but the calm waters of the intercoastal water way. We have balconies off of both guest rooms that look out over the intercoastal. Again this is very rare attribute among beach properties. The nearness of both bodies of water is absolutely breathtaking.
Our beautifully decorated new townhome has modern black appliances, granite counter tops and beautiful big leather couches. The kitchen truly has every cooking tool or utensil you could possibly need to create a feast! The living room looks right out at the beach and sports a 67 inch LCD HDTV with surround sound, a DVD player, and more DVD's than you could ever watch on one vacation!
In the third floor master bedroom you might just oversleep many mornings when you discover the comfort of our $4,000 california king size tempurpedic mattress. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a canopy bed, 2 large closets, and a 52 inch LCD HDTV that is mounted on the wall. The far wall has sliding glass doors that lead out to a large balcony that shows off the stunning view. Go to sleep every evening listening to the sounds of the beach and wake up every morning and see the waves crashing on the shore from your bed! The master bathroom is large, has 2 sinks, a shower and a spa style tub. This room will exceed your expectations in every way.
The second bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen poster bed, is beautifully decorated, and has access to a full bathroom from the bedroom. It has a large closet and plenty of drawer space. This bedroom also has its own balcony that looks out over the intercoastal waterway.
The third bedroom is on the third floor and has two twin beds, a large closet, a balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway and access to a private bathroom and shower.
Both TVs have HD, cable, and the living room TV even has tivo! You will also have access to wireless internet and a printer. We also have board games, beach toys.

This home was perfect! Location was excellent for us and the property was better then described! It was clean and well equipped. The owners were great, very helpful. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance, my favorite was Villa Gallace! You can not beat the sunsets! I would highly recommend this home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The perfect place. As good as or better than described. If you love the beach, this place can't be beat. When viewing the ocean, you totally forget there is another world out there. We had no reason to leave. And if you want to go out and eat, there are so many great eating places. We either walked or rode our bikes on the beach every day. The garage is an added plus. Well stocked with everything in the kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Five different outdoor viewing areas, three on beach two on intercostal waterway. Quiet with only 5 units. The owners are so easy to work with. If you have guests, there is plenty of privacy for everyone. Stayed 2 months and didn't want to leave. This is the best place we have ever rented. You will have no regrets. WE LOVED IT!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This three story townhome is large and very comfortable, with fantastic views - located right on the beach. The Indian Rocks Beach community is really convenient, friendly, and not overrun with towering condos - it is more of a real community with lots of restaurants and convenient shops. Everything the owners list in their description of the property is accurate and the photos are true. The home was well maintained and clean. We rented for the month of February and hope to do it again next year. The owners are most helpful and very available to address any concerns. They even let us move in one night early because our hotel was not open as anticipated! We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Directly on the beach, beautiful view, feeling of privacy and peace. Townhouse itself is quite spacious with high ceilings, enough room to enjoy it all with friends. Townhouse has everything - from grill to jacuzzi, and lots of things are high-quality. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend it to somebody who is looking for private beach, gorgeous sunsets, and nice place overall.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Everything was as described and more. The condo was in a wonderful place between the Intercoastal and the Gulf. The beach was almost our own private spot -- clean and the water was warm enough in March to go in. The only disappointment was that the shells were not very collectable. Not a problem since I have more than enough already. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very clean, and secure. The restaurants were near enough to walk to and grocery shopping was within a few miles. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Our only drawback was that since we come from a fairly rural area in PA we are not used to the traffic in the area. The road by the condo was not bad, but going near Tampa or St Pete was not in our comfort level.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

The owner's description is no exaggeration. I have had two extended stays in this beautiful condo, and you will not find a more lovely fully furnished home or any better location on the beach. To top it off the owners are very helpful, accessible and accommodating. There are good restaurants nearby, grocery and drug stores are within 10 minutes, a mall within 15 minutes, and too many attractions to mention. This one is a gem.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Our names our Matt and Dara and we bought this property just before we got married in December of 2008. We were both raised in Florida and attended college at the University of Florida. We truly love our home and hope that you will appreciate it the way we do.
Why the Owner Chose Waters Edge:
Matt and I chose to buy a home in this area because of its absolute uniqueness for a beach property. We loved that it was gated, had a garage and sits in between the gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal waterway. We also loved its nearness to the wonderful city of Tampa and all that it has to offer.
