Newly renovated as of January 2006, and maintained regularly, this 12th floor condo is located in oceanfront One Ocean Place. Brand new kitchen cabinets, carpeting, ceramic tile, furniture and appliances.
Three bedrooms, three full baths, large living room and dining room. Master bedroom with private bath has garden tub and separate shower. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, fully stocked utensils. Washer and dryer conveniently located next to kitchen. Ceramic tiled private balcony has an incredible oceanfront view of the Atlantic ocean!
Two large oceanfront swimming pools and jacuzzis. Beautiful,clean beachfront.
Beds:
1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins and 1 Queen sleeper sofa(living room).
All bedrooms equipped with televisions.
Living room has a stereo/cd player and cable television with DVD/VCR player.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. Any damage caused in the condo or on the balcony, or smoke odor in the condo is automatic non-refund of the security deposit.
WEEKLY RATES: Add 12% tax and $200.00 refundable security deposit to prices listed.
MONTHLY RATES: Add $400.00 refundable security deposit. ATTENTION LONG TERM RENTERS:There is not a mailbox at the condo. Please make arrangements with the local post office for a p.o. box.
