We have just completely remodeled master bedroom and bath from floor to ceiling. Bathroom is open to bedroom except for water closet and has had all fixtures replaced to include sink, toilet, tiled shower, and 16 jet heart shaped whirlpool tub. New tile vanity top as well as tile flooring. Bedroom has new laminate wood flooring and new log furniture to include Queen size bed with pillow mattress, night stands, and dresser. This work was just finished on August 1, 2003.

Complex is right on the bike path to Copper Mt. or Breckenridge. Fishing pond with stream on property. Just minutes to A-basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mt. and Loveland ski areas. And only 25 miles Vail!!!

  • We have just returned form staying in Glen’s condo in Frisco, CO. We would recommend this unit for anyone visiting the Summit County area; it is centrally located to all of the ski areas and is in a quiet neighborhood. It is all that the ad in VRBO describes. Lots of room for a one bedroom unit, the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and we found the master bed to be very comfortable. Glen was very helpful, courteous and concise in his dealings with our stay.

I called on short notice, Glenn responded that night and I was able to enjoy the property the next day. Thank you Glenn, appreciate the extra effort. The condo is very nice, pleasant, and a comfortable place to stay. It was a great experience for me and a perfect place for a few friends to enjoy. There is no need to hesitate staying here! The condo is a very nice, pleasant, and comfortable place to stay. The whirlpool was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. It was an unbelievable experience for us. There were even movies to watch. There is no need to hesitate staying here! We'll be going back for sure.

There is always some apprehension in renting a place that you have never seen, and this place by far exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, roomy, quiet, and in a convenient location. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

    We have completely remodled master bedroom and bathroom as of August 2003.Bathroom is open to bedroom but has a seperate water closet. All new plumbing fixtures including sink, toilit, tiled shower, and 16 jet heart shaped whirlpool bathtub. All new tile on floors and vanity top. New log furniture, Queen size bed with pillow mattress, two night stands and dresser. New laminated wood floor. Also at same time as bedroom and bathroom remodle we put up new window blinds throughout unit and bought new washer and dryer.
