This 1,200 square foot home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Golf cart comes with it. It is available for monthly or longer rentals. Our house is located in Sun City Grand, one of the best retirement developments in Arizona. This active adult community has two large recreation centers that include indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centers, aerobic classes and many more amenities. There are four 18-hole golf courses, pickle ball and tennis courts and miles of walking and biking paths. The recreation center and golf courses are within one-half a mile. To use all of the amenities of Sun City Grand the tenant must pay $125 per person for an activity card for up to a 3 month lease and $150 for up to a 6 month lease. Activity cards also give the tenants property owner's rates on golf courses.
It is 3 miles to Surprise Stadium, winter home for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers and 10 miles to Peoria Stadium for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres.
