The Absolute Best Location for Summer or Winter convenience and great two family configuration. Away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, but still within a healthy walk to the Village,( 20 minutes) just 50 feet from the shuttle, and your choice of Eagles Nest or Canyon Lodge less than a mile away. The adventurous can walk a few hundred feet up Lake Mary Rd. and ski down to Eagles Nest .
This is the first year renting this 2000 sq. ft. house, owner has rental vacation property in Palm Desert. The House is ideally situated on a private Cul de sac street with plenty of parking and space to build snowmen or snow girls.
Be the first to try the new linens, pillow top mattresses, appliances, kitchenware and laundry facility. Enjoy a 55 inch Big Screen with Wi Fi, Netflix, in living room, with a 32 inch Led TV in Kids BR/Play room with XBox 360 plus games. Gas fireplace for additional warmth, and plenty of Board Games. Dining Table will sit 9 persons as well as counter bar sitting for 3 more.
Bed configurations is King in roomy Master Br1, Queen in br2, two full bunk beds and a twin trundle in br3 , and three twins with full bed/futon seat in BR 4.
Parking for one car in garage with storage of ski gear in other garage location.

We so enjoyed our stay at your condo. Our intentions are to return next year for an even longer time. About the owner: We have been coming to the Sierras (summer and winter )for over 40 years. It is about time we bought a place. Have had difficulty finding winter rentals in the past. Not anymore. I get first Dibs.
