Coral Breeze is private waterfront villa in Mediterranean colours on a quiet beach. Four of the five bedrooms have fabulous beach and or oceanview. The oceanside of the house is facing South-West, there is usually a the breeze of the tradewinds from the East.
You can see the islands St. Kitts, Saba and St Eustatius. Yachts pass under full sail in front of the house. An Ocean-kayak is available for those who want to explore the coast and after a refreshing dive in the blue Caribbean Sea or coming back from a snorkeltrip you can rinse off under an outside shower.
On the Westside there is a large (25 feet x 30 feet) pool, also with a shower. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds, one bedroom has two double beds. The bedrooms are non-smoking. There are two kitchens in the house. The house can be rented as two bedroom, three bedroom or five bedroom. It is ideal as family-rental, for small as well as larger parties and for those who have small children the pool can be fenced in five minutes.

We went to Coral Breeze this June for a week, we were with two families. Me and my husband and my daughter and her family including 3 kids. The house was great, spacious, it is right on the beach and the view is terrific. It consists of two separate living areas and the private pool. The grocery store is in walking distance as well as a spot to go look at planes land and take off. My grandson loved it. The listing description was accurate regarding the location, the place really is what it looks like in the pics. The house was clean and well maintained. We had a great vacation, I'd definitely recommend the Coral Breeze to anyone who wants to stay in St. Maarten.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

This was our first experience with VRBO and I must admit I was a bit anxious. We were looking for a 5 bedroom house on any island that met our budget and had a beach and swimming pool for the holiday week. Coral Breeze fit our needs. It appeared a safe place to bring small children and a beautiful environment. It most certainly was. The layout was perfect for our family. Four adult couples, one having two small children. The property was well maintained and clean. There was a caretaker to help us maintain the cleanliness. A large outdoor dining table sat all 10 of us with comfort. A great deal of time was spent at the pool and there was even a small childrens pool as well. The beach was not quite as expected as a storm had washed some of it away so it turned out to be mostly rocky. The location, close to the airport was a bit intimidating, but proved not to be a problem. We could even walk to Sunset Bar and the town of Maho. I would recommend this property to a friend or family. The owner, Lucas, seemed to care that we had a good time and were well taken care of. The views from the deck were spectacular. Go there! Have a good time;.

We just returned from 8 days at Coral Breeze. We took our children, (3 adult couples) and our two young grandchildren ages 19 months and 3 1/2 years. The setting was ideal. The house is divided into two. The couple with the children took the 2 bedroom side. There was a crib for the baby. The rest of us took the three bedroom side and had plenty of space. There were two kitchens. The deck area is quite large with a table large enough for us all to eat outside. Sunset bar and beach are walking distance as well as the town of Maho with a small grocery, restaurants and a casino as well. There are a few out door stands serving excellent beach food and we were close enough to bring the beach food home on foot, still warm. Lucas the owner was helpful and not mentioned was a housekeeper who helped us keep the place tidy. Besides doing the house laundry such as towels etc, if she saw our own laundry lying in a basket, she just took it and did it for us as well. There is even a small childrens pool to fill when you want an easier place for the kids to play. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the best lobster and steak to be had are within 5 minutes at a place called zUncle Harry's on the lagoon on the way to Simpson Bay. We did an extensive search of homes available and chose this one because it seemed to be layed out in a manner that would be safe for the children. Enjoy!

We have friends that rent this out every year and my hubby and I were able to go with them this year (Jan/Feb 2010). This place is perfect. Relaxing and quiet. Your own private pool. Beautiful sunsets! It is within walking distance of the Sunset Beach Bar, restaurants, shops and casino. I will definately be going again. I loved the beach because it's a great place to hunt for shells and sea glass. Again, I absolutely loved it and I am looking forward to finding myself, once again, watching the beautiful sunsets from my spot on the patio. Check this place out, You won't regret it.
