Experience total seclusion in this ten-unit oceanfront complex called Port of Call, nestled along Millionaire's Row in Islamorada on the Atlantic Ocean, Mile Marker 88.

Outdoor facilities include a heated pool; chickee hut with common area barbecue grills, and a small sand beach. Peacocks are commonly seen on the property. The landscaping lends an air of tropical privacy.

On a day that is not windy, the water at the end of our dock is crystal clear. Spending time on the dock is a must! If you are patient, there is plenty of sea life to see there. The dock is a great place to hang out for a little fishing or swimming. Please note that our dock is mainly used as a "day dock" and not suitable for overnight boat mooring.

Enjoy world-class fishing, diving, and snorkeling! Located in the heart of the sport fishing capital of the world and just ten miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the only living coral reef in the continental USA. There are numerous coral reefs and wrecks for the snorkeler, novice diver as well as advanced diver.

The townhome, 1550 sq. Feet, is two floors with open or screened-in porches. The carport, long enough to fit two cars is located under the unit. Above this is the living area which includes a living room, large screened balcony, kitchen, dining atrium area, and half bathroom. A spiral staircase leads you to the second level where you will find two bedrooms each with their own private bath. The master bedroom opens onto a large deck with an ocean view. Lastly, a second spiral staircase guides you from the master deck to the large sun deck on the roof. Experience the finest sunrises and sunsets the keys have to offer from any point in the townhome.

The living area is roomy with ample comfortable seating and a flat screen smart TV. High speed internet and wifi are present in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a washer & dryer in the utility closet. Dine in the atrium eating area or on the large, screened, oceanfront deck with patio furniture.

Enjoy the coastal breeze,360 degree oceanview and the sun on the sundeck roof.

Islamorada Port of Call

I need to highlight the prompt response from owner, and especially Brandi, the property manager, when I managed to lock the main floor bath from the outside on X'mas Eve. Brandi actually came over on X'mas day to unlock the door. Overall, the condo is at a great location and was clean. The ocean view and the limestone wall with coral fossils were the highlights of the property. The stairwell is a narrow, winding one so be aware of that if you have trouble navigating such stairs.

Fantastic!

We’ve rented in the Keys for many years. This condo is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Condo itself is lovely, comfortable and offered everything we needed. Community is quiet and well maintained. I particularly loved the screened in porch with the beautiful view. We look forward to staying here again!

Peaceful Sunrises !!

I truly enjoyed your property. I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet and peaceful environment. The complex consisted of only 12 townhomes, but during my month stay no more than 6 units were occupied so often I had the pool or beach or dock all to myself. Your unit is comfortable and provides beautiful sunrises from the living room, the bedroom or the roof.

Splendid rental

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The condo is immaculate and have everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The roof top deck is great for sunning, stargazing and enjoying ocean views and breezes. The area was quiet and was very conveniently located to restaurants, outdoor activities and grocery stores. Everything about the booking process, check in and check out was smooth and flawless.

My husband and I are still living in Dallas but get to the Keys as often as we can. We never tire of the beautiful clear water, laid back lifestyle and wonderful fresh seafood. In the pic I am sitting at the end of our dock on an unusually calm day. Several black tip sharks happened to cruise by.

LOVE the informal easy living that the Keys have to offer. We enjoy the water and nature. Can't get enough of snorkeling, boating, kayaking,. Love the flora and fauna of the area. We seem to always have a sighting of something a bit differernt each time we come.
