We were for two weeks in the Studio and it was very clean and tidy. We had almost everything in the vicinity. A large supermarket, the Publix was only 5 minutes away by car. Very good opportunity for breakfast and lunch. The landlord Val was very nice and helpful. I can recommend this Studio on any case.

The studio are very quite, good position 10' to key biscaine, 15' miami beach, 5 coconut, publix 3 blocks. Fully furnished, clean and soft climate. Thanks Val, very nice stay.

As advertised, plus more! There's an outdoor fishpond with fish and an albino frog as you approach the foyer door, and outside the studio's main window there are live orchids growing on a privacy fence. The small lot is very well landscaped, there's private parking, and the host is very pleasant and helpful. The pictures and description are accurate, the location is convenient to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Did I say clean? I meant VERY CLEAN. I really enjoyed my stay, and would certainly stay there again. Recommended for a single or couple with car.

You want to feel home? You have a strong preference for clean and well maintained places? You appreciate a host that will give you good tips and welcome you as if you were family? This studio will definately provide these 3 important caracteristics on your trip in Miami. It's a real great value! Clean, comfortable bed, quiet ans easy access. Val is very welcoming and helpfull. Do not hesitate to rent at Val's! We warmly recommend it.

yo visité la casa de Val, y nos quedamos enamorados del lugar, todo estaba bien organizado y muy limpio . Val estaba siempre atento a cada demandes de nuestra parte y nos sentiamos como en nuestra propia casa, tienen el wi-fi gratis y esta cerca de muchos cafe, restaurantes,mercados. yo les aconcejaria visitarla si van a visitar Miami,,,seguro que yo volveré .... nous avons visité la maison de Val, et nous étions en amour avec l'endroit, tout était bien organisé et très propre. Val a toujours été attentive à toute demande de nous et nous nous sentions comme chez nous, ils ont le wi-fi et la maison est proche de nombreux cafés, restaurants, marchés. ,,, sûr que je retournerai chez lui. merci Val.

This studio is a great value! It's furnished with the best style & comfort. It is in new condition. This is our 2nd studio we've rented with Val & he's the best person to rent from..in every way. Since we love the Coral Gables, Coconut Grove,Miami Beach, Biscaynne Bay areas, we were in the best spot to easily drive there quickly. We love to eat at the famous Cuban Versailles restaurant which was approx 5 mins away. You must go there, it's got a huge menu of delicious food. If you enjoy shopping, lots of good places are a few mins. away. Peace, comfort & quiet is what you get in this studio!!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This studio is a terrific find for anyone who wants to be close to Miami sites but also wants the experience of a neighborhood stay. You are near the Miracle Mile, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables and walking is easy. It is a short drive to Key Biscayne and Miami Beach. The studio itself is very clean and very comfortable. Val is terrific, he'll give you excellent advice about what there is to do, where to eat, etc. I'd recommend this studio to any of my friends. Thanks Val!

Excelente sitio. Impecable mente limpio, con todo lo necesario y muy bien situado, cerca de Coral Gables, del centro de Miami y de la US 1.Tiene todo cerca, dentro de lo relativo que es tener cerca en Miami, en donde estar sin auto es como estar sin piernas. Yo estuve por dos semanas y me sentí muy bien y espero volver en unos seis meses. tiene la ventaja de que el dueño, Valentino, vive al lado y es una persona por demás amable si requieres alguna información especial o tienes un problema.puedes acudir a él. Muy serio en el negocio. cumple lo que te ofrece y más. Altamente recomendable para una persona sola o una pareja. Vladimir Quito - Ecuador

First off, thanks again Valentino for such a great time! Valentino did an awesome job giving us tips and advice on Miami, which restaurants to visit, how to get good prices on attractions, etc... The area is nice and quiet... good for relaxing. Only thing I would say is make sure to either be ready to ride the bus or have a rental car, because it's a good long walk in any direction to get to the attractions. Overall, very nice comfy studio... Valentino even left me and my new bride a bottle of spanish wine as a gift! Had an awesome time here and would definitely rent it again if I were to visit Miami in the future!

My fiancée' and I stayed here for a whole week. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. The place is modern and well decorated. It was a great value. The place was clean and everything was provided to make a meal and to relax. Thanks for a great stay. We recommend this place to any individual or couple.

We stayed at this place for a week, and I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. The studio is in a calm, quiet neighbourhood, which is close to most places- including the airport, downtown miami, coconut grove and coral gables. The studio is clean with a new bathroom and a kitchen, and has all the stuff you might need for cooking. The place is not big, but the space is used smartly- there is a comfy bed, a tv with cable, free wifi, cleaning supplies, a big closet, a chest of drawers, a small table for two and it is air conditioned. There are a few supermarkets nearby for shopping and coconut grove and bayshore are very closeby. Upon our entrance to the studio, we were pleasantly surprised. Val and his roommate Omi were very helpful and kind. Omi has created a beautiful entrance to the studio with a nice front yard, and amazing orchids. Overall, the studio is modest, but very comfortable and clean for the price. We have rented a car throughout our stay as it was more convenient to drive to places. Again, thanks to Val and Omi for their hospitality- we had a great time.

Great little property not far from the airport, downtown Miami and Key Biscayne etc. Miami Beach not too far away. Well equipped and nicely finished with a modern feel. Nice owner who is very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a studio apartment this is a great choice. Definitely need a car but its easy to get everywhere from here.

The location was excellent, very quiet and safe. We were close to major highways, restaurants and supermarket. The studio was newly renovated, very clean and spacious enough for a couple. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
