This 2 bedroom, 2 bath lagoon view condo is located on Hilton Head Island and is just steps from the beach. The quiet and private complex is located on Port Royal Sound in the gated community of The Spa on Port Royal Sound. The community has 24 hour security and beautifully landscaped grounds.
The complex includes two outdoor pools and one indoor pool with a jacuzzi and sauna. There is a work out room available free of charge. There are three new state of the art tennis courts, basketball courts as well as hiking and biking trails. Walk out your front door to the almost private beach or to the 100 foot pier.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with a stroll down this quiet, beach. Just outside your villa you will find a beachfront grill and picnic table for your evening clambake. For those who value great savings, this villa is an ideal choice. The complex is convenient to all island activities, airports, outlet shopping and a multitude of the island's most popular restaurants. From inside this third floor villa you will find the view to be breathtaking. It faces a gorgeous lagoon and from the side porch you can see the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This Resort is also great for a Wedding on the Beach, Wedding Reception, family reunions, retirement party, etc... There is a party house with a full kitchen, available for rent when renting a condo.

We literally just returned home today from this beautiful condo. The condo easily accommodated 7 people: 4 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room. Views were amazing. It was so relaxing to sit out in the swing and watch the sun set and to walk down the beach and watch the sun rise. We didn't want to leave. We will be keeping Cathy's number for future vacations.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We spent a week at the condo (week of Memorial day) - and loved it! The condo easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 pre-schoolers. It was clean and updated; with plenty of available "perks" that one would find at home, such as sheets, towels, coffee maker, washer/dryer and spices. The Spa is located in the north/north-east part of the island, and is very different from the more commercial south (Sea Pines), which allowed for an unexpected feeling of being one with nature - with the ocean, birds, crabs... We felt like we had a private piece of heaven, for a week, in a very budget-friendly way. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot-tub in the complex, and exploring the beach area is what both adults and youngsters found mesmerizing. The owners were wonderful to communicate and deal with, we got easy instructions on how to get around; the listing description and photos were accurate; the accommodations were clean and: accommodating. We enjoyed out stay tremendously , and will recommend it to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I rented the condo during March. The condo was wonderful. Sitting out on the lanai, reading a book while listening to the fountain, and being able to see the beach provided the peaceful setting that we needed to relax. There is plenty of room, everything was immaculate, all the amenities provided, and it is tastefully decorated. The location is convenient to most island activities, and away from the hustle and bustle.The owners were wonderful to deal with! We are returning in 2012 for an extended stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I was very upset when I found out that the villa was located on the 3rd floor -the day before we left! Being partly handicapped, I had a hard time going up and down the stairs. But the area is lovely, and the condo was fine (the beds are a little hard), but we enjoyed ourselves all week long, The weather was great,and going out the pier at midnight and watching the tide come in was wonderful. Iwould recommend the spa to anyone. We plan on vacationing there again next year- only on the 1st floor! Great place for kids alsoRecommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

A friend and I recently spent a weekend in this condo. The condo is accurately reflected in the photos. It is spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities of home. About the owner: My husband and I enjoy doing family activities and spending a lot of time with our grand children, and we love taking turns, bringing a grand child with us and spending quality time with he or she. My husband and I also enjoy meeting people, and there are a lot of nice people at Hilton Head Island.
Why the Owner Chose Spa on Port Royal Sound:
My husband and I traveled all over for years before we retired, to decide where we wanted to spend our winter and we kept coming back to Hilton Head, We are from Ohio, where the sun hardly shines,We loved Hilton Head because it seems there are more sunny days in a month than we have in a year in Ohio, we liked that they don't have the signage and that everything looks nice and clean. Our kids and grandkids love vacationing at Hilton Head, and spending time sitting on our resorts nearly private beach, and not having to get in the car to do so.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy that we can ride bikes on the bike trail to church, stores, restaurants, library, shopping etc... We love being able to grill out, and looking at the ocean while doing so, it makes grilling fun and relaxing.
