We had a great time. The unit was clean and pleasant. It was convenient to the ocean, and faced the pool. It was an easy bike ride to grocery, hardware and shops. Very nice.

We spent a month at Seascape.Villas. The site has a great landscaping and is well maintained. Location is perfect : bike trail in front of the condo, short walk across the street to the beach and a 10 minutes walk to Coligny Circle. Lot of groceries and restaurants near by. Don't really need a car, you can go everywhere on the island with bikes. In fact, we took the car only twice in a month to visit Savannah and Beaufort. The listing description is accurate.The condo is not brand new but clean and very quiet. No pets allowed. Nice view from the patio. A larger TV set, maybe ??? The condo is a perfect fit for a couple or a small family. Dealing with Tom was a pleasant experience. I recommand this place to everyone and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again next time we come to Hilton Head. Affordable for a roomy condo with all amenities. Very restful and quiet month. Exaclty what we were looking for. Tom, thanks for such a great vacation !!!

Pleasant vacation

The condo was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location was convenient. Close to Coligny Square and Holiday Inn (1/2 mile) where there is always activity, yet far enough away where it is pleasantly quiet. Nice atmosphere at large pool area with lounge chairs and convenient access to beach (bathroom at the beach was nice to have). Enjoyed the natural beauty of Hilton Head and especially liked renting bikes ($22 a week per bike) and using them on the trails and beach. No need for a car! The owners are nice people who care about making your vacation enjoyable. The condo has everything a family of four needs - Kitchen with dishes and pans and equipment you need, living room with TV and comfortable furniture, relaxing deck with chairs and nice landscaping, gas grill, two bedrooms with room for four people, and washer/dryer. The bathrooms were small but worked out okay. No pets allowed, so you don't have to worry about the problems the last renter's pets can cause for your stay. Check this out, I really think you will like your experience of this place with nice outdoor scenery and indoor comfort. It's a winner for a vacation!

Condo is in an excellent location just 300 paces from the beach. Dining and shopping located only a 15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) at Coligny Plaza. Swimming pool is off the back deck. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Perfect fit for a couple or small family. Extra surprise to find sheets already on the beds. Quite pleased to find furnished soaps, tissues and paper towels. Overall we had an extremely restful and quiet week; exactly what we were looking for.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Sea Scape Villa

I would highly recommend a stay at this villa. It's location, at the front of the Sea Scape Villas complex, had easy access to the beach with just a short walk. The rental's description & photo's were accurate. Renting bikes for the week is a must. The best seafood was at the Sea Shack. Loved the family atmosphere. We'll return to Hilton Head again. Thanks again for a great vacation.

We just got back from our best Sea Scape holiday (and not the first!) ever! The location of this unit made it a breeze to keep an eye on the children swimming from the deck. Also, the decor and cleanliness made us feel right at home. Thanks to the complete kitchen accessories, we were able to have fellow Sea Scape owners over for dinner! Nothing missing on the inside! Our only dissapointment was the absence of a gas BBQ and the difficulty (our daughter just could not) opening and closing the back sliding door. Many owners have fixed been able to fix this problem; should you, expect us every year for many many years to come! Finally, dealing with M Tom De Bartolo was a pleasureable experience, one we would like to repeat, there's no question. Thank you Tom, we loved every minute! Mélo and co!

Owner response:Our Guests only disappointments have now been remedied. A new propane Grill is now on the rear deck and our sliding glass door has been repaired and now slides easily. Thanks for your feedback!

My husband and I stayed Labor day weekend and had a great time. The villa was spacious, great location, and clean. I loved the wooden floors, never could understand why people would have carpet at the beach.

The location of the villa is terrific. The very short walk to the beach is no problem, even with young children. Having the private restroom near the beach is a plus. We will consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well situated for both the pool or the beach. Being close to Coligny was great. I would recommend this place to anyone whether they have kids or not.

We only live an hour away from HHI (in Savannah) but needed a last minute getaway close to home on one of our favorite beaches. Luckily we were able to secure this townhouse thru VRBO.Even tho it is ACROSS the street from the beach,it IS the closest unit to the beach and is a short walk on a shady trail where we saw wild bunnies each morning (sunrise was beautiful) !!The cabana,halfway to the beach,came in handy(remember to take the key) The townhouse is not brand new but is clean and adorable! Just what a 'beach cottage' should be! It's within walking distance to Coligny shops and restaurants and to the Tiki Bar on the beach where we listened to live music and sipped afternoon cocktails.We enjoyed the unit's back deck and the pool view (was a bit too cool for us to swim!)Wish we had rented bicycles...so many great bike paths! The owners were great to deal with and were SO quick to answer any questions! WHAT A DEAL! Can't get a hotel room for these rates and we got an entire townhouse! Wish we had been able to stay an extra week! Maybe next year!!!
