I hate reading guest reviews because I find it difficult to believe that everything was perfect but I find myself writing one of those reviews. We had 10 adults and 6 children ages 9 years - 8 months and the house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everybody to have their "space" but also plenty of room to gather as a family to watch football or eat.
