Recently updated large 3BR condo steps away from the free shuttle, and just 200 yards from clubhouse!
New, fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has three sets of bunkbeds. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled in early November, 2010. New windows installed in June, 2011. The living room has 2 hide-a beds, as well as a wood burning fireplace to warm you up after an exciting day of skiing. We have a Wii with several games provided, and WiFi. The shuttle stops every 15 minutes in front of the condo. Tubing hills are just across Highway 40 in Fraser, about 3 minutes from the condo.
The unit is just 200 yards from the clubhouse, which offers 2 hot tubs, an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis, racquetball, basketball, weight room, and steam room.

Why the Owner Chose MeadowridgeWe bought our condo because of its proximity to year round fun. Skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in the winter, and biking, hiking, and fishing during the summer.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoThis is one of the larger units in Meadowridge. Two families can easily stay here without feeling crowded. Compare to renting two seperate condos.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We have gone to Colorado for a family skiing trip for years, and we payed over $200/night for pretty much a bed and bathroom. We rented your beautiful condo and it was like our home away from home!! The kitchen is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. The kids (and adults) loved playing with the Wii after skiing. Thank you so much for the wine and deer sausage! That was so nice. We will definitely be back next year!
