Located on the new prestigious Mediterranean style development of Water Song, our 6 bedroom (2 master suites), 4.5 bathrooms, privately owned, stunning home is situated on a large over sized conservation and lake view plot.
The property has an over sized private pool with heated Jacuzzi. The deck surrounding the pool is extended by 5 feet at the rear so that visitors can enjoy the sun and fabulous Lake View all day long.
To the rear of the house is an 8 ft lanai that runs the width of the house with 2 tables and seating for 12 people. This provides a delightful shaded eating area for those times when you want to enjoy the view outside without the sun beating down on your head.
Downstairs there are two seating areas - one to the front of the house with two sofas and an i-Tower into which you can plug your iPOD and listen to music whilst you relax after a long day at the theme parks.
In the main seating area is luxury leather seating for you to relax and watch the 46 inch LCD Sony TV - here you can choose between cable channel viewing or play one of the supplied DVDs on the DVD player.
The kitchen has full cooking facilities and table with seating for 6 to eat at one time. There is also a separate dining area with table and seating for 8 people.
The garage is kitted out as a games room with Air Hockey and Table football to entertain the whole family whenever you choose.
Finally there is a new washer and dryer for you to use should you need to.
For the really young visitors to our home we have supplied a collapsible cot, high chair and changing station to make life a little easier.
The home has 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and both with King sized beds and flat screen TVs.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds including one with a 'funky' iZone bed allowing you to plug in and play your iPOD into the bed which has internal speakers - you will need to bring your iPOD USB connector if you want to take advantage of this.
For the kids we have one bedroom with bunk beds (1 twin and 1 double)which is 'sports' themed and also one bedroom with 2 single beds (twins) that is themed more towards girls.
Upstairs in the loft area is a great futon (which can be converted to a double bed) for relaxation along with a Computer with High Speed Internet and a PlayStation 2 game station with games.
The Villa can easily accommodate up to 12 people + 2 infants.
We chose this spot because we love the peace and quiet, a change from the busy park days. You can spend time watching the local blue herons and storks pass by every day looking for a free lunch!
All you need to bring is yourselves and your luggage...we provide all linens, (including baby linen) towels, hairdryers and games...so come to our villa and enjoy the holiday of a lifetime.
