This delightful house is located in a private community, three doors from a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard and clubhouse. There are many golf courses nearby.
Our home is completely furnished (1300 square feet). The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, walk in closet and full bath, with a walk in shower. The guest room located on the other side of the house, has a queen-size bed, dresser and closet. The bathroom is located next to it, with the entrance from the hallway.
There is a formal living room with an adjoining dining area, casual family room with TV, kitchen and enclosed sun room. Laundry facilities are located in the attached garage. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking convenience.
Vantage Pointe is a Warm Community: This is a very friendly community of full time residents as well as snowbirds. Regular community activities are planned in the clubhouse, which has an event kitchen, cabana baths, billiard room and dance floor. Pets are not allowed. No smoking
