We "try" to get out to Radium 3 or 4 times a year and always stay at this FANTASTIC condo. It has lovely decor and has everything you need - full kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. The only thing that you need to bring are groceries and wine ;) There is nothing better than sitting on the deck overlooking the valley in the morning with a cup of coffee. The pool area is clean and family friendly. It is also very close to everything - walking distance to the golf course and Radium's downtown area. There is also a new little wine & tapas place (CasaVino) which is only about 3 or 4 blocks down the road. GREAT place and will continue to stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time. IThe condo was very clean and well equiped. The pool was a great attraction for the kids and we spend a lot of time in it. There is so much to do within a 30 minute drive from the condo that you can easily spend a week there and not get bored. Thank you for the rental, we will see you again soon (Ski season is coming) ! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested. M&GRecommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with this property, it was exceptionally clean, inviting, and so well set up. The amenities within and around the condo made us feel right at home, especially after the drive from Edmonton with two kids. The kids had a blast with the PlayStation 2 and the hot tub. We found the view and the fireplace ambiance to be perfect for unwinding and relaxation. We will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who asks. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. The condo had all the comforts of home. We all liked the pool, hot tubs, DVDs, games and just being able to enjoy the view and breathe in the wonderful mountain air in the mornings. We absolutely loved it, and found it hard to leave. A great comfy bed. Easy walking distance to everything, a nice hike to the hot springs. We would highly recommend your condo for rental to friends and family. About the owner: We have vacationed in the area for years. We love the beaches in the summer, the slopes in the winter...and the odd golf/spa weekend with friends. The fresh mountain air reminds us why we try to escape the city as often as possible!
Why the Owner Chose Radium Hot Springs:
It is an easy drive from Calgary on a Friday night and quick drive home on a Sunday...still leaving plenty of time to vacation and relax over the weekend! Many ski hills are within a 1-2 hour drive of Radium and there are over 15 golf courses in the immediate area for all skill levels. There is never a shortage of things to do!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The local park is a 5-10 minute walk up the street. It features a children's playground, baseball diamond and outdoor basketball court in the summer; toboggan hill, family skating rink and boarded hockey rink in the winter.
Screamers Ice Cream, other restaurants/pubs and coffee shops are just a 15 minute walk/2 minute drive up Forsters Road to the main drag (Hwy 95)
After a day on the ski hill/golf course, enjoy a soak in the indoor and outdoor hot tubs...or lounge by the heated outdoor pool in the summer. The Peaks is one of the few condo complexes in the area with PRIVATE amenities facilities!
Sit back on the balcony and take in the view as the local wildlife (deer, big horn sheep) come up from the ravine to relax.
