This 1 bedroom Cottage is surrounded all year by green and blooming tropical plants. The bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a safe.The living room with dining area and kitchenette features a comfortable sitting couch and 2 chairs, TV, telephone and ceiling fan. High speed Internet access. A well equipped kitchenette offers a large refrigerator, micro wave, 2 burner hotplate, coffeemaker, hotpot, toaster, rice cooker, electric skillet, all pots and pans needed for easy meal preparations and dining table with chairs. Outside, a nice private tropical sitting area, complete with umbrella, table and chairs invite you for relaxation. Just a short walk (1 1/2 blocks) brings you to Kailua Beach. A 15 minute walk and you are in the middle of Kailua Town with shops and restaurants. Close to Bus Stop. Private parking on property allows added convenience.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weekends here at your cozy hideaway. Kailua Town is fo quiet and peaceful compared to Waikiki. Kayaking at the beach was awesome! No wonder they call Kailua Beach the best in the USA! We could live in the Ginger cottage for the rest of our lives...but we will just have to look forward to coming back here next winter" John and Janet , USA Thank you for your hospitality.
