Super location for our condominium ! Very private complex with 6 units, 1 building, nestled in a gorgeous residential neighborhood. Second floor unit...very safe and secure. There is a park across the street; minutes from churches, shopping, restaurants & downtown Cape Coral.Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring training facilities minutes away in Fort Myers. Private 25ft boat dock with 7000 lb lift. 12 minute boat ride to the Caloosahatchie River, entryway to the Gulf of Mexico.
Located 30 minutes from Southwest Florida airport (Ft. Myers). Sanibel/Captiva Islands are also a 30 minute drive or take your boat! 335 Days of Sunshine with tropical breezes-Paradise! Boat rides, fishing, sandy beaches, swimming, kayaking, sailing, golfing, wildlife preserves (Ding Darling on Sanibel is fabulous). Historic sites such as the Ford, Edison and Burroughs Homes. condo is poorly layed out. no dining area with lighting. entering & exiting tub in mstr. bath is awkward. does not have gfi"s near sink or in baths. not handicap accessable. keep half of our deposit for no justifiable reason.Recommended for: Girls getaway.
Owner response: The condo is well layed out. The two bedrooms, and two baths are on opposite ends of the condo which provides privacy, and quiet. There are lamps by the dining area, and a breakfast bar to eat off with overhead lighting. The master bath tub is standard size. There are 7 gfi's located in the bathrooms, by the sinks, and the kitchen area. There is handicap parking available. I kept half of the security deposit because the tenant left my beautiful condo in unacceptable condition. He did not throw the garbage ,left dirty dishes in the dishwasher, many stains on the carpeting which had to be professionally cleaned. Moved furniture in the back bedroom , and did not put back as he found it. Used excessive amount of towels, and sheets which was left. I have a washer-dryer in the unit, and provide laundry soap. It took my professional cleaning service double the time to clean my condo , and get it back to the proper condition. I take pride in my condo being clean, and well kept. That's why I kept half of the security deposit to pay for the expenses caused by the tenant. He did not honor the signed rental agreement .

We love this area...Sanibel/Captiva Islands 20 minutes away by car or boat! Great Golf Courses! This shall be our retirement home some day.

Privacy...only 6 units, rarely is there anyone there at the same time....private heated pool...boat dock for quick access to the Gulf. Nice quiet park acroos the street...residental neighborhood, 3 miles to the beach at the Yacht Club.
