Perfect for a Golf or Tennis getaway or just relaxing at the beach. This home is close to tennis, golf, shopping, and all other amenities yet very private located inside the North Guard Gate of Palmetto Dunes.
This one-level home features a large kitchen with a six seat dinette opening to large dining and living rooms. The Sunroom provides an extra sitting or TV area by day and a private sleeping room at night with a queen sleeper sofa and clothing storage. Most rooms feature windows overlooking the large deck and private pool.
The master suite features private bath, Jacuzzi, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are adjoined by a full bath with private shower and vanity areas. The 120 gallon water heater assures that your group can go from beach to dinner quickly.
For your comfort, the home features one king and three queen beds. For your pleasure, the home has four TVs, two VCRs, DVD, and stereo. All the comfort of a home for the same money as many condos and no stairs, elevators, or long walks. Check-in and emergency service provided on site by Island Getaway. Rentals from Memorial Day through mid Aug. are booked directly through Island Getaway. VRBO rental is availible all other times.
