The living room/dining area extends into the porch area with views of the water. The dining area has a serving bar and the table accommodates up to 6 people. The porch table seats 4 and the kitchen table seats 2. Three televisions, sound system, ceiling fans and a well equipped kitchen with washer and dryer.
The screened porch offers extra seating enclosed with large sliding door walls providing beautiful water views north, east and south! The club/pool house, adjacent to the large heated pool, has exercise equipment, a party room with large screen TV and kitchen for group activities. Residents may use grills near the clubhouse.
