  What a fabulous facility! The unit was immaculate, like new. Doug and Tatyana were terrific to deal with and had many good suggestions We would certainly consider coming back again and would recommend to our family and friends without any hesitation. While we loved the beach and the view, we also enjoyed the golf, particularly the LPGA. Crabby Joe's and The Down Under were great local eating and watering holes.

  Bella Vista is all that has been stated. Some refer to it as the jewel of Daytona Beach and we agree. The property is beautifully maintained and secure. We loved unit 703. It was nicely appointed, spotless, spacious and bright with windows in the dining, living room area and master bedroom. The balcony is also spacious, has a great view yet is somewhat protected from the wind and the electric bbq is a bonus. Owners reside in the building and are most accommodating to every need. We look forward to our return.

  This was the second time we rented this condo. We love the location, view and well maintained property. Its just down the street from all the action in Daytona Beach. Great seafood restaurants and shopping are a 10 minute drive. Great place to stay and the owner is close by in case there is a problem.

  If it's your first stay in Daytona Beach or, like us, if you have been coming for over 30 years. What can you say more about this one of a kind beach. The perfect place for outdoor, sports or relaxation lovers, with the soft music of the ocean. Realy for all tastes and ages. This condominium is simply wonderful, luxurious, perfect. A breath-taking view of the sunrise and sunset. Magnificience indoor terrace, well-equiped gym (ocean view, with 30 meters pool, dream of any swimmer) Many resident owners, very welcoming and respecfull. The owner stays in the building he's kind and discreet. For life lovers, no ages. Peace and love.

  In the last 25 years we have never enjoyed a more luxurious holiday.Words cannot describe the comfort and scenery this Condo unit provides. What can one say, we awake to a full view of the sunrise and also enjoy sunsets from the same balcony.We have already reserved for next year.The premises were impecable and we could always count that the owner was not far away in need.Even the weather cooperated 100%. Every day was sunny and warm.Pierre swam 40 laps of the 100 feet long pool.Next year 50 laps.It was a privilege to stay here.Maureen owned a motel 30 years ago on this very property which was transformed into the most beautiful building of Daytona Shores.To all, enjoy when you stay here.

  We stayed in this lovely unit on 7th floor in December 2009 with our kids (7 and 4 years old) and we absolutely loved it. The interior is so beautifully harmonizes with the stunning ocean view! The view is just WOW! You wake up in the morning and feel exactly like you are on the deck of the luxury cruise ship. The sun lightens every room through the large windows but at the same time the bedrooms are quite and have the proper window treatments so you can relax and enjoy your rest after a long day on Daytona beach. The unit is very clean and neat. The master bathroom is spectacular with its jacuzzi and shower cabin. Kids loved to swim in the heated pool and everyone enjoyed hot outdoors jacuzzi water while the ocean breeze was so fresh in December. There's a minigolf club within a walking distance from the building and kids loved to go there to play golf. The unit has fully equipped kitchen for you to use it. We can't wait to come back and stay for longer period in this beautiful ocean front unit with its wide terrace, gorgeous view and classy stylish interior. Absolutely great! Thank you for this wonderful and unforgettable family vacation!

  Beautiful complex and beautiful condo. This is the only way to stay at the beach. It is on the 7th floor so you arnt too high. Has a great view of the beach and ocean. Bring your binochulars to see the passing fishing boats, diving pelicans and dolphins. It's nice having the owners nearby in case you have a question or problem. Our month at this condo was both relaxing and exciting. Usually we are ready to get home after a month away but not this time!

  A fantastic place to relax and recharge in ultimate luxury and comfort! My stay was very pleasant. I woke up the first morning at 5 am just to take pictures of a gorgeous sunrise and inhale the ocean and to explore the beautifully decorated and furnished home. Every night I slept with the master bedroom doors open all night - falling into sleep and waking up to the music of the waves and soft glowing of the sky. I loved the convenience of the location, ability to be literally on the shore - "toes in the sand" location as I call it - and within a walking distance to a convenience store or a nice restaurant. The hosts made every effort to make my stay pleasant - friendly and respectful people. I felt I was welcomed by family and appreciated as a guest. The bulding is charming, impeccably clean and has the feel of an upscale high-rise in Manhattan. The walks on the beach were marvelous, I liked the absence of crowds and a very well preserved natural habitat, home to many birds, dolphins, and an occasional whale. Have camera ready - a gorgeous pelican might just sail by leisurely right in front of your open door! Those enjoying outdoors have an opportunity to do all kinds of sports - I was contemplating parasailing! It was divine! I would go back any time! I thought the sand was extraordinary - soft like silk and very white. The views from the condo can inspire the artist and a poet! Thank you, Bella Vista, a safe haven from worries of a busy life!

  Everything was great. The ocean view is spectacular!!! Rooms are large and comfortable. We've spent there 4 weeks and we did not have any problems at all!!! The unit is very clean and the forniture is brand new. Siriously it's a magic place. We liked it really much! And we are 100% sure we are going to come back!!!
