The best qualities of our home are its location (walking distance to the beach and downtown)and its spacious layout. We are located at 36A North Atlantic Ave.
Our home is literally steps to the beach, boardwalk and downtown; convenient to everything you may possibly need or want on vacation without having to get in your car. The beach is clean and guarded for your family's safety. Going back and forth from he beach for lunch or relief from the sun is never a problem since you don't have to cross any streets or highways. You never have to worry about parking since once you arrive, everything is in walking distance! Bethany is a family oriented town and the boardwalk and downtown areas are clean, safe, and full of fun shops, eateries and activities.
Our home is very accommodating for families. In 2000, the entire home was renovated including the kitchen and bathrooms. The entire configuration of the home was altered to create a more relaxing and amenable atmosphere for families. The large dining table and family room are ideal spots for big family dinners followed by rousing card or board games. The 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. With 4.5 bathrooms, no one will be waiting for a shower! The outside enclosed shower is also fantastic for showering off those sandy kids. The fully updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and everything you may need to create a gourmet meal. Our large outside deck and grill provide the ideal spot to enjoy a crab feast or barbecue dinner.
This is the ideal get away for families that like to both relax and have fun! Our home is spacious, fully equipped for any and every family member's need, and so convenient to everything that makes Bethany Beach the best family beach town!

We rented this gorgeous townhouse the week of June 25, 2011...everyone had the best time, very comfortable extra clean home with all the amenities, kitchen was well equipped with all the pots, pans and extras you need. Steps to the beach and a couple of blocks to center of town. We loved it. Owners were wonderful to deal with. Close to bicycle rental, we hardly used the car. Thank you so much...hopefully we will be back next year!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Our family is a bunch of Beach Lovers! Bethany Beach meets all of our interests and needs for a vacation spot. As a nurse and busy mother of 3 teens, my ideal Bethany Beach day consists of a relaxing on the beach all day, riding the waves with my kids, playing in the sand followed by an evening crab feast on our deck. A walk into town for ice cream and to listen to some music at the band stand completes the day. My husband runs his own business and likes to get away from it all by taking an early morning jog on the boardwalk, beach or road, and sipping coffee on our deck before hitting the beach. Our teenagers love the ocean and could surf, boogie board and swim all day long. They also enjoy all of the town's amenities. They all love that they have independence to safely walk to mini-golf, the arcade or grab an ice cream. My husband and I are both from large families and we love to spend time together with the varied age groups of our extended family. Bethany has something for every age group. Whether we are playing at the park with the little ones, taking on the teens in basketball and volleyball, walking into town to get an ice cream cone or to see that evening's bandstand show, or relaxing at home after along day of sun and surf, our family is brought together in Bethany. We prefer the less hectic atmosphere of Bethany. We like that it is a safe, clean, family friendly resort and that once we arrive, there is really no need to get in our car until we leave!

Family members can safely walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, mini golf, the boardwalk, park and the downtown Bandstand for all sorts of fun and activities. Arrive and never have to get in your car again!
