Located in a very safe environment, 2 car carport, Family TV room , 3 flat screen 42 & 50 inch Plasma TV's, 3 new bathrooms, new kitchen. Great Large Fireplace (gas and wood). Deck overlooking a large Koi Pond and waterfall with views of San Francisco. We love staying here close to the city excitement, and the nature of Marin for hiking and biking and visits to Mt Tamalpais, Muir woods and the Pacific ocean beaches.
You are situated ideally between San Franciso, which is just a few miles to the south over the Golden Gate Bridge, to the Napa and Sonoma wine country to the north.

This property was even better than the pictures. Views are fantastic. Owners were very helpful and responsive. We are considering going back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My family and I stayed at this property for approximately 6 months and it was a true joy. The place has a stunning view of Richardson Bay, Sausalito and Belvedere on a quiet street off of Tiburon Blvd. The home features a waterfall / pond sitting in a perfectly manicured Japanese garden. Bathrooms are recently renovated and impecable. Plenty of parking (carport) and is less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, restaurants and the freeway. 20 minutes to the Golden Gate bridge and 45 minutes to Napa and Sonoma. Simply awesome place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We came out to visit my parents in Mill Valley over the holidays and were joined by my brother and sister. The house was perfect for our needs. The photos on the site are nice but don't do justice to the house, the backyard and the fantastic view across the bay. The house exceeded our expectations. It is well maintained, very comfortable for lounging around in the living room and the weather was nice so we were able to enjoy time on the back deck. The koi pond and landscaped backyard were perfect for keeping our son entertained. The views of SF were truly amazing and the scene was always changing depending on the time of day or night, the weather, etc. The location is convenient, a quick trip by car to Mill Valley, downtown Tiburon and over the bridge to SF, plus we were able to run (or walk) on a path along the bay just a 2-minute walk from the house. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking and there is a gas grill on the back deck. We did not rent the detached unit because we did not need the extra space, but we looked in the window and it looks very cozy. The owners were very helpful and responsive and having such a nice place to hang out and enjoy family meals really made the trip a huge success. If you have kids, we highly recommend the Exploratorium and a trip out to Alcatraz (our 6-year old son listened to the entire audio tour). We had absolutely no complaint or issues and would highly recommend this property. Who knows, maybe we'll be back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
