  We took the entire family for Thanksgiving. The house is fabulous. Very clean, nicely decorated and has new, clean appliances. It appears to have been renovated recently. The back porch and deck are great for sunset watching. Our son fished the entire time and caught tons of fish. He also brought his kayak along, it is a nice open area and seemed to be very calm most of the time. The house is very well stocked for anything you may need. We especially enjoyed the toys available for our young daughter. She had a blast. We definately plan on being repeat renters and would recommend this home to anyone.

  We were very happy with the amenities this house had to offer. It was definitely comfortable for our group. I made the reservations for my husband and I and two other couples and a single. Our friends were impressed with the house as well. The downstairs bedroom with a bathroom was nice to have. We absolutely loved the back porch and lower deck; they are very roomy. The view is wonderful of the bay. I think it's more relaxing to look out at the bay than at choppy waves of the surf. The decor is nice and coast-house-like, but not overdoing it. Very tasteful and up to date. We can't wait to go back!! Thank you for opening your coasthouse up to us!!

  This home was the perfect find for my family and me. We have been coming to Rockport for many years and have stayed at many other properties. This was by far our favorite. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable...not to mention relaxing. The location is perfect. My boys fished the entire time we were there off of the back deck. There are fishing lights that come on each night which extended their fishing time. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the boats go in and out of the bay. Everything we needed was easily accessible. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to cook. If I didn't feel like cooking, we ate at the Paradise Key Island Grill in Key Allegro. It was only a few blocks away. My youngest son still claims it as his "favorite restaurant ever." The beds were very inviting and comfortable. We have booked another week in July and can hardly wait to return!

  My husband and I love this place! We have just planned a week in May and can't wait. The home is casually elegant (think Restoration Hardware/Pottery Barn) but has a "resort" type feel. It is easy to see it is someone's second home (not just a rental) and it feels like home very quickly. There is plenty room for larger groups with lots of decking, chairs and tables. Everything you could possibly need, inside and out. Great views from most rooms that open right onto the deck. As for the location, easy access by land or water. We took our kayak and had a great time paddling around Little Bay with the dolphins...they actually swam right up beside our kayak one morning we were paddling around sightseeing. Nice! Go for lots of activites or just hang out at the house...it truly is "good medicine".
