  We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It is VERY well-outfitted...the kitchen has every possible appliance, lots of assorted cookware, more than plenty dishes... The beds were all very comfortable, and the baths were spacious. Things we look for and this home boasted: well-appointed kitchen, numerous waste baskets (!), LOTS of towels, both shower and pool towels... Things we didn't expect: portable fans in every bedroom (very nice!), pool toys We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a very nice accommodation no more than a 10-minute drive from the WDW parks. There are LOTS of restaurants, both fast-food and sit-down, within a five-minute drive, as well as a Winn-Dixie about 2 minutes away and a Target/Publix less than 10 minutes away.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

  This was our 6th rental in Emerald Island and our first stay at Kim's house. We are always searching for "that house" that we look to rent out again and again, and we finally found it!!! The house was amazing. We had 4 families with a total of 5 kids and there was more than enough room to accomadate all of us. Having 4 masters was a definite perk along with two tv/living rooms made it enjoyable for all. The pool area was outstanding because, unlike other homes, there is room to sit by the pool on all 4 sides. Kim was pleasant to deal with and we will definitely check on the availability of this home first when we rent again for next year.

  Last week, my extended family of 20 stayed in this house (10 adults and 10 kids)! It was big enough for all of us! The kids absolutely loved the kids suite and game room, and the adults loved having their own bathrooms! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The house is conveniently located next to great restaurants and shopping, as well as the local attractions! We felt very safe in the gated community, and this housing area is definitely the nicest housing area around! Kim has been wonderful to work with! She answered all of my questions quickly! I shopped several houses in my search for the perfect house, and Kim was by far the most helpful and accomodating! She also saved us a lot of money with her recommendation of where to buy Disney Park Tickets! Thank you Kim, for helping make our family Disney trip a Magical event with memories that will last a lifetime!

  We just stayed for 4 days for a family reunion. We had 16 guests and stayed very comfortably in the house. My neices and nephews loved the game room and the pool. Kim, the owner, has been very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

  Without question, we would recommend this property and this management. Kim was exceedingly cordial and helpful. The home and yard was very clean and well maintained. It looked even better in real life than in pictures. It is beautiful! The location was accurate as stated, and we especially liked its convenience to the theme parks, to Target, to everything we needed. Everything was just as promised and agreed to. We wsere not disappointed in anyway, and if we came back to Florida we would want to stay here again.

  My family of 5 and my sister's family of 3 (youngest child in group was age 16) enjoyed this house for a week in August. The home is in a large gated community of mostly rental homes, with a nice clubhouse and a nature walking trail. The homes are VERY close together, so privacy is at a minimum, but the backyard oversized pool and patio area was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the shaded patio and sound system very much. While we did not have young children with us, the alarm on the patio door would be a valuable way of monitoring pool access and children. The house sleeps 16 comfortably and was well stocked with enough towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies to accommodate more than 16. We used the BBQ gas grill almost every dinner. Great floor plan....4 king bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and two queen bedrooms sharing a hall bath. Kids room sleeps 4 children. (The master king bedroom is downstairs) Game room in the garage, although too hot to use during the day. The house is off Rt 192 which is loaded with grocery stores, restaurants and gift shops. 30 minutes, depending on traffic, to Universal Studios. Washer/dryer convenient in downstairs laundry room. Plenty of tvs, dvd players, and stacks of dvds for the kids. PS2 player in upstairs hallway/den. Kim was a pleasure to work with - a very professional experience. Should our plans bring us back to Orlando in the future, we would not hesitate to stay in this home again.

  Spacious home - the 15 of us had plenty of room. The kids loved the kids room and the play station. Very nice pool that we used nearly every day. We appreciated the door alarm to the pool and the fencing - ensured that the 1 and 3 year old could not get into the pool. Would stay here again when we return to Orlando.

  This is by far the best vacation home that my family have rented. Kim was a dream to work with and any question that I asked came with a prompt response. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked as it should and everyone had a blast. There are plenty of restaurants and stores about 5 minutes from the house. Thank you Kim for your hospitality!! Just a word of caution to future renters: The sectional couch is so comfortable that if you sit on it for too long it WILL make you fall asleep!

  My family chose this house mainly because of its proximity to Disney and because of the number of bedrooms (7) with en suites (4). There were several other factors involved, and we found after being there for 8 days that we could not have made a better choice! Emerald Island is a fantastic area with a secure entrance and a clubhouse pool with tiki bar (pool is not large but very nice). A couple of the older kids enjoyed the basketball courts. The house was absolutely fantastic -- well equipped and clean in every way. Back to the en suites; if you are wondering if they are a big deal, they are! Each family unit rented a car so we were able to do different things each day and come and go at different times of the day, and having our own bathrooms was imperative to not disrupting the rest of the household. Showers at 11:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. -- no problem! The excellent management of this property, handled by Kim, cannot be overlooked if you are deciding on properties. She went way above and beyond to accommodate us, even delivering beach gear (towels, toys, chairs, bags, umbrellas, etc) when she found out we were headed to the beach for a day! Kim kindly handled so many different things for us, and we were always pleasantly surprised by her attention to detail and her immediate responses. The price difference between smaller homes with less en suites and this house was negligible, which made our find even more special. If you are looking for the perfect area, house, price, and customer service, don't look any further. It really was that good.

  Our family (5 adults, 3 kids) stayed at this beautiful home in April 2011. I have been to Disney more than 20 times so we consider ourselves Disney vets, and we would highly recommend the home. It is VERY spacious and well equipped. We loved having a private pool and spa to relax in at night and being able to eat most of our breakfasts and a few dinners at home. House is located in gated community. Guards are very nice and efficient. I am a jogger and I loved running around the subdivision and down the nature trail. Felt very safe. Tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, playground and community pool with Tiki bar also included (community center will provide balls if you need them). House has 2 large screen TVs with a TV in every room and a playstation II upstairs. NIce size washer/dryer and plenty of seating for everyone both inside and around pool. Our biggest regret is that we did not have time to just hang around the house and subdivision more and enjoy the amenities. It is very close to Disney. We could make Animal Kingdom and Disney Hollywood Studios in approximately 5-7 minutes and Magic Kingdom and Epcot in 12-15 minutes. Close to a great Kroger, a Publix, a Target, mini golf and an urgent care center (which thankfully we did not need). No problems getting in the house or with communication. No complaints! I feel it is important keep the house in the best possible condition (maintained to the highest standards).
