Oceanwalk is a gated community located just across the road (A1A, a.k.a. South Atlantic Avenue)from New Smyrna Beach. Our Condo is in building #9 which means that the walk from your door to the white sands of New Smyrna Beach will take you less than five minutes. This beach has plenty of visitors, without facing the overcrowding of the downtown beaches and you never have to worry about or pay for parking! You can roller-blade, bike or walk without the safety concerns of the overcrowded, congested areas. There is gated covered parking and plenty of parking in front of the building.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We have no damage or signs of any oil on our beaches at this time. We are on the East Atlantic Coast in Volusia County and the Gulf Stream is over 40 miles out from our shore which should provide protection from the Gulf oil spill. However, I will guarantee a full refund of deposit or rents if your planned visit has to be canceled due to an actual environmental issue involving this oil spill.
