Luxurious condo with huge balcony on the 24th floor of The Grand, breathtaking views of the Biscayne Bay, and Downtown Miami. Part of the building is the Double Tree Hotel and the building is also connected to the Marriott Hotel with beautiful lobby where you find several restaurants that deliver food to your door. There are a few boutiques, deli, liquor store, news stand, and few other retail business. The pools and spa/whirlpools are located on the tenth floor, there is also a free fitness center with top line equipment and sauna. Inside the apartment it feels like home, there is everything you'll need, two LCD TVs with 300 channels, audio system and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances, including washer and dryer, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, and etc... Living room has queen size Murphy bed, and the bedroom has a 2 full size beds so the condo can comfortably sleeps 6 people.

A big hug to Gino and Denise!!!! Your condo was PERFECT!!!! We couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay with stunning views both day and night. The location is perfect. Lots of sunshine on the HUGE balcony all day so no need to use the beautiful pool. I really enjoyed the little shops in the lobby. I even had a wonderful pedicure one morning. Thanks again for being so kind and easy to work with. We will see you same time next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Stayed in this condo for about 2 weeks, the condo is beautiful and the complex and apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable holiday/stay. The owners are excellent hosts and I would highly reccommend this to anyone wanting to travel to Miami for any purpose. Gino was an awesome host. First our flight was late, and we did not get into ft. launderdale until 1030, and he waitied in the lobby for us until 1115pm to give us our keys and the grand tour. All the processes, check in..payment...parking... were a breeze. the amenities of the pool and jacuzzi's are great! The apartment is first class...me and two buds stayed there for a lacrosse tournament ...it was the perfect location, at night it was a 6minute $15 cab ride into south beach. The furnishings in the apartment were fantastic... everything you need is there... towels sheets linens... balcony is huge, and you can catch sun on it from about 8am until 4pm... the view of downtown...the bay...and southbeach is awesome. It is an amazing deal and apartment. Highly recommended...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is beautiful, the view from the balcony over downtown is stunning - especially at night! We had 2 weeks of great vacations in Miami and this condo was surely the key to it. The owner Gino is very friendly and caring, and so is the staff of the building as well. Within the building you have bars, restaurants, valet parking and a small shop for your daily needs. The pools outside are great, we used them almost every day, either in the morning before breakfast or in the evening to relax. Downtown Miami is within walking distance (or you may take the free Metromover, station is just across the street). The bus stop to Miami Beach is just around the corner, or you can get there with your own car within 10 minutes. In total, it was even better than what we expected from the photos. Thank you Gino for great vacations!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

The condo was great! Very clean and well- maintained. The owners were very nice and were great to work with. The building was beautiful, pool was very nice, with hot tub. Just about everything you need is is the building or area. Would highly recommend to anyone!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband & I stayed 1 month in this condo (mid Dec - mid Jan 2010). For us it was exactly what we wanted. The location was very central: about 10-15 min walk to Bayside Market (although we didn't actually spend much time here), 10 min walk to the American Airlines arena (Miami Heat basketball), 5 min walk to arts center. We didn't hire a car as the condo is only a 2 min walk to the Omni stop for buses and the free metromover. (Make sure you get a bus guide from the Government Center stop). From the Omni it was easy to get to The Falls, Dadeland South & Aventura malls, and to South Beach etc. The condo also had 2 bikes which we used almost every day (when not shopping!) eg. We biked to Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, up to Bal Harbour. There is also a cheap Price Right supermarket 10 mins walk away. Publix is another supermarket (with a lot more choice) at 48th street and Biscayne Blvd (very easy to get to with the bus - we actually cycled there). The condo had all the amenities we needed: kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The gym opened quite late and was well equipped. The heated pool was great. The hot tubs fantastic. The owner was very patient with all our questions via e-mail. He gave us a good orientation both with the condo facilities and some local tips about where to shop. The condo has just about everything you needed. There is also a small, but very well stocked mini supermarket on the ground floor (prices actually very reasonable - so good for emergencies). It also sells hot food to eat there or take away - good for nights when you don't want to cook. Food was surprisingly good & better than what you get at the malls. We were so spoilt with all that was on offer that we were a little disappointed not to find a good place locally (within walking distance) for snacks & happy hour cocktails but this was compensated by having our own cocktails on the balcony watching the sun set! Although it is advertised for 6 people, I think this would be quite cramped unless it was a family since there is only 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, and the other 2 people would have to sleep on the couch in the living room. For us, as a couple it was just what we wanted. Would we go back again? If we could ever have another 4 weeks of holiday in one go - for sure!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in Downtown. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 25. Stock und man hat vom Balkon einen super Blick über die Skyline von Miami. Direkt im Haus befindet sich auch das Parkhaus, wo man sein Auto sehr günstig abstellen kann (das Parkhaus ist nur für die Mieter des Hauses). Die wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet vom Geschirrspüler bis zum Wäschetrockner ist alles vorhanden. Ausserdem befindet sie sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und ist sauber. Falls man einmal nicht mit dem eigenen Auto los möchte, befindet sich in unmittelbarer näche eine Metromover Station (kostenloser Zugverkehr). Ein Publix-Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar. My wife and I grew up in big city's with lot of thinks to do My wife is from Rio de Janeiro and I'm from big city in Poland. Now we are living in small town in Florida call Highland Beach were is not much to do so we decide in 2008 to buy condo in heart of Miami were is so much to do great restaurants, shopping, excellent shows etc. We use to condo on some weekends and rest of the year we rent to our customers
