This was our second year coming to this condo and it was just as relaxing and perfect as the first time. The upgrades to the condo were beautiful. You did a great job. Everything was clean and comfortable. Love the book you left with local places to eat and visit. We also rented bikes this year which was one of your ideas in the book. They were great to work with. We went for a ride on the beach every day and it was so much fun exploring as we could go much further then walking. We found some very unique sea shells this year as well. The weather was also perfect, warm and sunny. We will return as this is a great place.

I am now spoiled, I don't think I will find another condo as nice as this one to stay in. We loved everything about it. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. I loved that its was so bright and airy feeling, like summer every day. Sitting in the chase lounge by the window looking out at the ocean in the mornings was one of my favorite things to do during our stay. The photos of the unit are great but being in the actual unit felt amazing. The album that the owners put together giving us all the information we needed to have a great vacation was so helpful. My family went kayaking at the Ripple Effect Eco tours just south of crescent beach. They did the sunset tour and had a blast. The owner's/manager of this property are exceptional. Their attention to detail and concern for the renters is outstanding. We will be back and I hope we will be able to rent this unit again and again. Thank for doing what you so well.

Best view of the beach because it is a corner unit as close as you can get! Very clean and well furnished. Lots of sights in the area. Ate at JTs about ten miles south on A1A and found it to be good food and reasonably priced. Marisa is a pleasure to work with in making arrangements.

Not Just Hype ! What a great place !

Wow !!! We were first time renters and left home not really knowing what to expect. We were both a bit nervous but as soon as we entered the unit our concerns were quickly dissolved. From the moment we arrived we knew our stay was going to nothing short of fabulous. First thing was the cleanliness, it was spotless. The décor was bright, cheery and well kept and the views, they are nothing short of breathtaking. The description provided was not exaggerated, how lucky could we have been to find such a gem ! I cried with joy ! The day of our arrival we were fortunate enough to meet the owners, what a lovely couple. It was immediately evident that they were sincerely glad to have us. They were always asking if everything was okay and quickly addressed any questions that we had during our stay. It was the first night of our stay that we knew we wanted to come back.. It did not take long to settle in for our 2 month stay. Each morning we woke to the most beautiful sunrises, we enjoyed watching the net fishermen, dolphins, fishing boats, kites, wind surfers and a kaleidoscope of colors as we watched the ocean and sky change before our eyes. We walked the pristine beach, always seeing something new, stingrays, jellyfish, crabs, starfish and don‘t forget the turtles. The condo grounds and pool were spotless and well maintained. We had family visit twice during our stay and each time they could not get over how great the place was. The interior of the condo always got rave reviews, everything from the furnishings, to the tiles, to the decorative touches. Everyone was so impressed that the beach was only steps away, the pool and grounds were so well kept. We also loved the area, everything was easy to get too, a lot of fun things to do, and lot of great restaurants. We were sad to leave but are thrilled to know that we will be back next year. Last but not least we can’t say enough about Marisa, we also had the chance to met her during our visit, what a lovely young woman ! You can tell she loves what she does, she was very helpful, always followed up with us and truly cared if we had a good time. This unit became our home away from home it is the BEST !!!!

What an incredible place! St. Augustine is such quaint town, with so many incredible places to eat. The Condo is beautiful and feels like home. It is clean and stylish, I felt like I was living like a king. The beach is one of the best I have ever experienced. The sand is perfect and very few people, so it feels like your private beach. I will be back and would recommend anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and unique vacation that you will remember for a lifetime, to come and stay in this condo.

Amazing View!

My husband and I just finished two weeks in this unit and we had a fantastic time. I can't say it enough -you could spend your whole time in bed! I just mean that with ocean view right outside your window and listening to the waves, why get up? The condo had everything we needed. I love the lock box on the condo door (as there's no key to misplace). We had a couple of questions before we arrived and Marisa was quick to answer and gave us all the information we were looking for. Thanks Marisa for a great holiday!

We had no problems finding this condo. The directions were accurate. The interior had been decorated nicely. It was clean and comfortable. The owner gave us a lot of ideas of fun things to do around the area. We hit a couple of activities, but mostly stayed at the beach. The views from the condo are incredible! We ate a small place called O'Steen's. The people there are very welcoming and the food was very good! We will be coming back to stay...hopefully soon.

As with any booking we make online, we arrived at the Coquina Condo with a little bit of trepidation. the pictures online had looked lovely, but what if, when we opened the door, it wasn't all we had hoped. Well - our concerns were quickly put to rest. The Condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated and well-equipped, with great amenities and beautiful views on two sides of the living room and the master bedroom. There were lots of really nice touches like a helpful, home-made guide book with good recommendations on activities, restaurants etc. You really can't be closer to the beach and the pool was also great. I will definitely be (1) recommending this condo to friends and family and (2) re-booking myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us. we couldn't have been happier!

Beautiful, relaxing, and quiet as always. My family look forward every year to coming back to this perfect location and amazing beach. We were there in July and returning in September. Out of 25 years of renting condos in St Augustine, this is by far the best of them all.. The view is spectacular, best view of the beach I have ever seen. The condo is so well decorated, clean, has everything to make a great vacation, towels, linens, a well stocked kitchen. You won’t find better owners to work with and their manager (their daughter) Marisa is great, she’s so helpful and nice as she can be, you won’t be disappointed

Restful Beach Vacation

It is always a joy to return to the condo (B214) at Coquina in St. Augustine. The view is breathtaking and the interior is appropriately decorated in seaside colors. I usually take all linens from my home when traveling, but it is not necessary at this location. It is clean and airy. Even during the summer's busiest months, you can experience a quiet, restful vacation. In fact, we are looking forward to our next visit in September.

We love this condo!

My family has been coming to the Coquina for almost 30 years (with only a few summers that we had to miss!) and rents 3 units each summer. Of all the ones I've seen and stayed in, B214 is my favorite! You cannot beat this view from this beautiful corner unit, and the convenience to the pool and beach. This is a beautifully decorated condo. Most of the other units in the Coquina are handled by a property management company. My experience dealing with this owner directly has been a much more pleasant experience than what I experienced renting other units. The Coquina complex is one of the rare ones in Crescent Beach that does not have a LONG boardwalk to cross to get from the pool to the beach. I highly recommend the Coquina and this unit!

You can't beat this view! I love Crescent Beach because it is so pretty and not overcrowded. To be able to look out the windows and see this beautiful beach so close by is just awesome. Just steps to the pool and a few more steps to the beach. I have yet to find another condo this close to the beach and with such an excellent view! The bedrooms were large compared to other condos in the area. The bathrooms were small, but that was expected. The living area and kitchen were larger than I expected too.

The property was beautiful! The proximity to the beach and pool were wonderful! The beaches are just lovely for biking, walking or just sitting under a canopy! We enjoyed being close to St. Aigustine also! We would highly recommend Salt Water Cowboys for dinner! We will be back! AMAZING!

Just Perfect

We have been coming here for years and always look forward to our 2-weeks at Crescent Beach, and staying at the Coquina. As all the reviews say, this place is perfect. It is quiet, family-friendly, clean, beautiful and fun! We choose not to do anything but enjoy the condo, the beach, and family. We take long bike rides in the morning (flat roads and beach are perfect for that), enjoy the beach and pool during the day, and then cookout and eat on the upper deck as we watch the sunset into the Intracostal water. Where else can you be where you can enjoy both the Sunrise and the Sunset? A perfect place to decompress from our busy lives! Don't miss this spot! Oh...and you will love the condo too!

Fantastic family get away

My family has been staying up and down the St. Augustine Beach and Crescent Beach area for twenty five years at least once a summer. My husband and I have decided that this is our favorite condo of all. You cannot get any closer to the beach. When you sit in the living room it is like you are sitting on the beach. The condo is well furnished with comfortable furniture in a tasteful beach theme. We had beautiful weather for our week stay. Sleeping in the master bedroom with the windows open is like being on a cruiseship in a balcony room. The second bedroom has two full beds perfect for our teenagers. The grounds and pool area are maintained daily!

Our stay at Coquina Condos

We loved the condo. It was so nice, clean and comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony every morning with a cup of coffee & watching the ocean & the pelicans. I love the sound of the pounding surf & the ocean breezes and walking on the beach. It is my kind of place. Did not want to go home. I really like Crescent Beach & St Augustine. The history of St Augustine is so interesting. The owner was very helpful and offered her assistance in the event that there was ever a problem. There was never a problem. Napoli Pizza is a great restaurant nearby on A1A that has great pizza & a lot of other delicious dishes. Another great restaurant that we discovered this year is Outback Crab Shack at 8155 County Road 13N that has great seafood. Try the Low Country Boil. They have a website so check it out. We also love Harry's Seafood Bar & Grill & A1A Brewery in St Augustine. Another restaurant we like is Saltwater Cowboys on Dondanville Rd. just off A1A. I hope to go back there again soon.

This condo is the most beautiful of any we have stayed in thus far. The picturesque view is breathtaking and the walk to the private beach is only a few steps, just like the pictures show. The place is very clean and well maintained and the beds are very comfortable. Everything about this condo made our stay very relaxing. It is close to many historical sights yet far enough away to be private. The owners were always available to answer our questions and to inform us about things to do in the area, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this condo.

This place was awesome. My husband and I truely enjoyed everything about our stay at Crescent Beach. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The living room and master suite are the most perfect place to be. Sitting in the living room with the views of the ocean are so relaxing and watching the sun rise every morning from the master suite was just so beautiful. Walking on the beach every day was so peaceful and there were no crowds, just the birds and waves. We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend this condo. She was very helpful in giving us information on things to do in the nearby area.

We had the most amazing time!

I've been meaning to post this review for some time....My husband, son and I stayed at this wonderful condo in April and loved everything about it and the area. Having never rented a condo before or using the VRBO site we were not sure what to expect. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience! From the moment I sent my first Email expressing interest to the return of my deposit Marisa was absolutely amazing! Like others have mentioned she is so helpful in every way......As for the condo its even better than the pictures. It truly is like "heaven on earth". The decor is beautiful but comfortable and you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. We loved the condo so much we started for "fun" to look at units that were for sale to see if we could find a similar one....but non measured up to the one we were staying in. The sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep each and every night....and we set our alarms each morning to ensure we didn't miss the sunrise...not that we needed to as most days we were awake enjoying the sounds of the waves just waiting for the sun to peek through. My husband and son went on a midnight adventure on the beach with the flashlights and took a picture of the most beautiful star fish which they gently pushed back into the water after they got the picture to show me the proof the next morning. We tried a few of the local restaurants and my son and I agreed there is nothing like fresh seafood. As a matter of fact we ate some sort of seafood at least once a day! We stilll talk about our favourite meals. We BBQ'd at the condo a couple of nights, enjoying the sunset while we cooked our meal. We walked on the beach each morning looking for shells and took a large collection back with us. We also swam in the ocean each afternoon. My son even taught me how to boogie board...There are so few people on this beach that it actually feels like your own private paradise. I could go on forever about the amazing time we had and how beautiful the condo and area truly are! Thank you Marisa....We are already dreaming about coming back again next year!

There is no place better to relax, renew and refresh than this beautiful beach condo with the ocean in your front yard! This Coquina end unit provides a 24-7 panoramic view of the beach and ocean. You could not ask for more. Watching the sunrise from bed each morning in all of it's glory is worth the price of admission ten times over. If your goal is to kick back and take it down a notch or two- you could not choose a better setting. From reading on the deck, to talking with friendly fellow coquina renters, watching the happenings on the beach, to walking and wading the ocean, it is all divine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Crescent Beach vacation. The condo was great. A lovely, bright, well-appointed and well-maintained unit with fabulous ocean views - just as advertised. The weather was very nice and we enjoyed the beach every day. We also enjoyed the culture, shopping and restaurants in St. Augustine. Hope to return again.

We have stayed at this beautiful Condo three times before and couldn't wait to go back. We were there before Christmas and had the beach all to ourselves! Just the place to rest and relax before the busy holidays. The view is amazing and the furnishings are perfect. The owner really pays attention to every detail. We lived in two beachfront properties on Oahu last year, but if I had to chose I'd come back here. We recommend this unit to all our friends! Book your week today you won't be disappointed. Found a new little place to eat this trip off of George street in Downtown St.Augustine, "The Gourmet Hut", give it a try!

We are back for our fourth stay next week. When I am back in snow country, I dream about lying in the master bed and just watching the ocean without getting out of bed. Having any other condo with an obstructed view just isn't worth it anymore.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

What a gorgeous condo!

Pictures do not do this Crescent Beach condo justice! It is beautifully and tastefully decorated in neutral colors which helped make the ocean "pop" in color. I personally loved the shadow boxes on the walls with the great sea shells. The condo was immaculate and well stocked with cooking supplies. We loved the personal touches such as fragrant soap decorated with a sea shell tie. My husband was worried that it was going to rain every day we were there but Marisa supplied us with so many activities that we could do that I knew that we were going to have a great time in St. Augustine despite the weather. Actually there were only a couple of rainy and windy days--the rest of the week was beautiful! My husband and I enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony and did so nearly every day of our stay. We noted that the ocean had different hues of blue depending on the weather. One morning we were entertained by 2 large turtles playing in the dunes. We enjoyed visiting many of the attractions but our favorites were the Pirates museum and Florida's Fountain of Youth, which is an active archeological park still involved in doing digs. We loved shopping on Georgia Street--it has some of the cutest shops and restaurants with live entertainment. My husband and I love homemade ice cream and found the best ice cream was at the old drug store--I think that we visited it 3 times during our stay. We also had a great dinner at the Sunset Grille, really good service and excellent food. We had the best time on our vacation--it was so relaxing and would love to come back again to this condo very soon. We loved it so much that we recommended to my sister.

The pictures that are on the website are exactly what you'll be getting. In my opinion when you unlock the door to go in, you're looking into a piece of heaven...it gives you a relaxing and calm feeling. It has a beautiful view of the ocean downstairs and from the master bedroom. The pool and beach are just steps away...the condo is beautifully decorated, immaculate, well stocked from the kitchen to the bath. You will not be disappointed.. My family and I go every year. There is plenty of sightseeing, restaurants, fishing, shopping. You won't want to go home, but we all must, but remember theres always NEXT year..

This was our first time visiting Crescent Beach and St. Augustine. We visited in late June and the cooler breezes off the ocean were a welcome break from our hot Atlanta temps. This condo is simply wonderful. The furnishings and decor are not your usual beach rental, but rather upscale - from the custom upholstery to the comfortable beds and quality linens. The condo and complex are also very well maintained. The owners have thought of everything and the homemade mermaid soaps were a special touch. My husband and I loved grabbing our chairs, umbrella and heading out the door to the beach. And, I spent so much time on the chaise lounge by the window reading and looking out at the ocean. This location is fabulous. Close to great restaurants and St. Augustine. No noisy, overcrowded beach here. This needs to be kept a secret! We will definitely be back.

I have traveled all over the world visiting many places that people only dream of visiting and I always find myself coming back to St. Augustine. I have been coming back to stay in this condo for 9 years. This condo has been decorated beautifully. The owners have done a great job remodeling it. The view is to die for and you pretty much can walk right on to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo!

My stay at this Crescent Beach condo was absolutely perfect. I needed a getaway from the stresses of life, and that's exactly what I got. The beach is absolutely exquisite, serene and quiet. The sand is soft and white, and the water is crystal blue. The condo itself is very well-kept and clean. The owners are incredibly accommodating, and provided great tips and suggestions of things to do during my visit. The restaurants they suggested were phenomenal, the attractions were beautiful and quaint. I feel like I got a true St. Augustine experience. If I could come back multiple times a year, I would. Hands down.

We just arrived home from a wonderful week in the condo. You have a great place! We really enjoyed the views and sounds from the corner unit and the tranquility of the ocean and beach was just what the doctor ordered. We've stayed in several units over the years in the St. Augustine/ Crescent Beach area and I dare say that yours was the best! The next time that we are going to plan a Spring Break in the area, you will be the first we contact to see if it is available again.

looking out at the ocean from the master bedroom is like being on board a ship! All you see is beautiful blue ocean. Incredible beach. perfectly furnished. Lovely.

In the six years my wife and I have vacationed in Crescent Beach/St. Augustine, this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. Everything is there for you to have an enjoyable stay. We found the condo to be very clean upon arrival. The decor is so very warm and inviting with a light nautical theme using some absolutely beautiful seashells. The furniture is very cozy and relaxing. I especially liked the rocking chair, while my wife loved the chaise that faced the ocean. Props to the large television in the living room! I enjoyed the expanded cable available as well. They also have a dvd player and small cd player for beach tunes. The beach views are spectacular! Being a corner unit, you get two wonderful views, including wonderful sunrises, if you can get up that early! The kitchen is impressive with all the amenities you'll need for a long stay (we stayed 2 weeks). Also impressive are the 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom, as opposed to twin beds found in many condos. The king bed in the master faces the sunrise window. Bring a sleep mask if your eyes are light sensitive as the shades are good, but do let quite a bit of light through. I found the owners (The Grovers) to be very available to my questions both before and during our visit. They appear to be very friendly, even leaving us a list of their favourite restaraunts. My wife and I took their advice on several eateries and were pleasantly surprised. In fact, the pizza and bbq places are now "go-to" restaraunts for us as well! The Coquina is only a short drive away from St. Augustine beach, where there are more eateries, attractions and shops, and the Old City is just a bit further up the road as well. It'll take about 15 minutes from the condo to get into the more modern part of St. Augustine, should you need to hit WalMart or any car care needs. The hospital is also very convenient. We highly recommend a stay here and look forward to the day when we can return.

This condo is pristine with spectacular views. You simply cannot rent a condo any closer to the beach. The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We've taken our family there several times over the years and it never disappoints. We love sitting on the balcony with nothing between us and miles of white sand beaches or playing games in the living room while listening to the crashing waves. We love to fish (both the ocean and inter coastal waterway), fly kites, rent mopeds, ride bikes and tour nearby St. Augustine. You won't regret renting this picture perfect condo. It's an experience you won't forget!

This condo truly is a little piece of heaven. Beautiful, contemporary and spacious design. Comfortable and clean. Our family has made it a annual tradition to visit Crescent Beach. We love the local attractions and buzzing around St. Augustine on scooters.
