Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. If you cancel your reservation MORE than 45 days (60 days for a holiday booking) prior to your expected arrival date, an amount equal to your advance payment less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. The total amount of your advance payment will be retained if you cancel WITHIN 45 days of your arrival (60 days for Holiday Season).
An advance deposit equal to 35% of the cost of lodging is due at time of booking to guarantee reservations, of which $100 is non-refundable. Final payment is automatically charged to your credit card on file 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Holiday Season). For reservations made within 45 days of your arrival date (60 days for Holiday Season), full payment is required at time of booking.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Total tax and fee to be added to all rental rates is 17.95%.
**All 2 Night Stays require a $43 clean fee. 3 Night and longer stays waive this clean fee.

About the owner: I moved to Breckenridge to check out the amazing skiing at the Breckenridge Ski Resort and ended up staying for summers with the cool temperatures, events galore, and spectacular hiking and biking! Now 15 years later, I'm a Breckenridge local for life and cannot imagine living anywhere else!
