I rented this unit from January through March 2011. The owners are very cooperative, eager to please and always available for questions. The unit is in great shape...Very clean. One of the three bedrooms is used as a den with a complete office...computer, printer down to post-it notes and pens which worked out great for me. The unit is right on a canal and fishing from the dock was great and the swimming pool was warm and inviting. I really liked the fact that it was secuded but only minutes from Publix and Walmart (didn't even have to go out on the main roads) The only reason I'm not returning is due to the economy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
