I have been been renting at the Bonita Beach & Tennis club off & on for 20 years and this was the best stocked condo I have been in. Everything we need for the beach. Loved the view & the way it was decorated.

We will definitely be back to this charming, ocean view condo! We had a wonderful time and the owner is very nice and thoughtful (leaving my children beach buckets of treats)! Watching the sunset from the balcony was breath taking! The warm heated pools are great for swimming any time of day.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Property was clean, well-maintained, and excellent location. Owner very accomodating. Would stay there again in a hearbeat. Very reasonable rates also, for what is provided.

Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay was just great. Very clean, great location, and Monica even went above and beyond by leaving some nice touches for our whole family upon arrival. Very accommodating! Kids had a ball, and we plan on returning next spring break.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I must see the beach out my window when I go to Florida and this condo did not disappoint. Directly across the street from beach access. Condo was clean and well stocked. We flew into Ft. Myers, played some golf and enjoyed the sun. Owner Monica would go above and beyond to help you in any way. The beach chairs available for our use were a fun extra. Would like to see a flat screen TV there when we come back.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The beach view is beautiful from the condo. Loved having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for us to use. The pool, resturant and Tiki bar is an awesome bonus!! The condo felt like home!! Very clean and comfortable. There is so much to do in a short drive from the condo. Try the Sandy Parrott on 41 and Junkaroo"s in Ft Myers to eat or drink on the beach. The best thing of all is the sunset ever night at the beach. This has been the most relaxing beach vacation we have ever had. Absolutely loved it!!!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great location great view, loved extras like beach umbrellas and coolers etc.Close to restaurants and everything.Also loved the added touch of the flowers and restaurant right on the premises, have already recommened to friends and relatives.

Wonderful vacation!

The week I spent at this Gulf-Front condo was WONDERFUL! The unit was clean, pretty and equipped with everything you would need for a great, carefree vacation. The complex was quiet, safe and well-maintained as well....and the beach across the street was perfect! It was very easy to communicate with the owner and the information relayed was thorough, accurate and quickly relayed. I had never been to the Ft. Myers/Bonita Springs/Naples area before, but I will definitely be returning..and hopefully sooner that later!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed for the first time at Bonita Beach and Tennis. The location was fabulous for our teens and small children and we loved it!! Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully!!

We had a great weekend at your condo. The sunset, atmosphere and convenience was outstanding. We also enjoyed the tennis courts which are part of the facility. We spent almost every day on the beach as the weather was outstanding. THe location of your condo was perfect to just take the chairs and walk across the street. We would definitely come to your condo again! Thanks!

This is a first rate condo at a reasonable price! The kitchen was very large, nice balcony overlooking the beach, bedroom area that could be separated from living area, chairs/umbrella/beach towels to use for the beach, and even little things were provided like dishwasher soap, toilet paper and othere things that you would find in a hotel.... we didn't have to buy any of those things like my sister did when renting a duplex a mile down the street! Doc's Beach House, main Bonita Beach, and ski dos were right across the street! Trolly stop wa right in front of the condo to take to shopping and Ft Myers if needed. Pool was also beautiful - and there was a barbeque with large covered table/seating area where we had a reunion dinner for 27 one night. Monica was wonderful in answering all my questions and went out of her way to be helpful. I couldn't be happier with these accommodations!

This little condo was the PERFECT location, walk right across the street to the beautiful gulf and just behind the building is one of the heated pools. The place was VERY clean- which is a huge deal for us! There is a closet with beach towels, chairs, floats, coolers, umbrella- very useful!The owner was there waiting on us and she was quite pleasant, she even left an easter basket for our children with a few goodies inside. We will certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

WE absoluteley loved it!! The condo itself was clean and cozy. The people were so nice we even had coffee w/ some of them . The area is great becaue we were centrally located so that we could visit Naples, Fort meyers beach, Captiva , Sanibel and all the great restaurants. We have to say Bone fish was the best ever!!! They have a website...The food and service was incredible we went twice!!! Of course the sunsets were beautiful as always ..the best beach was lovers Key state park. We would definiteley stay again!!!!Dawn and Steve Akeley and 3 kids!!!

We were very impressed with the Condo. It was neat, clean and cheery. It accomodated all of us. Everything we needed was there, the beach across the street, a resturant on site and two pools. We also appreciated all the little extras, beach chairs, towels and hair dryer. Nice place and reasonable rate. Would recommend to anyone.

What a beautiful and Clean Condo! My husband and I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. The sunsets were outstanding from the lanai, The location could'nt be any better ! The Trolley , shopping and restaurants are so convienant . I have already booked for next year. My hats off to the owners for having such a wonderful,clean cute condo !!!!

What a beautiful place. Great sunsets. We stayed the month of February and had a great month with only one day of rain. We did a lot of site seeing, Ft. Myers Beach, Marco Island, Tin City and the Seminole Casino. But most of all we enjoyed the warm weather and just relaxing.

March 6, 2004 What a terrific place! The first night we watched the sunset from our balcony, we noticed how everyone on the beach were fixed on the sunset and when the sun dropped behind the horizon, everyone applauded. One of our highlights of the week was a visit to the Corkscrew Sanctuary, just 45 minuites from the condo. Our most relaxing times were the walks on the beach. The condo was perfect - everytime I would say we need to go out and purchase an item, we would open a drawer or cabinet and there it would be! Jim & Nancy

April 3, 2004 We had a fabulous time. The weather was wonderful and the water was wavy and warm. Loved the gentle breeze off the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Great location in the city. We have many happy memories.

Enjoyed our stay at the Beach View condo. Would recommend highly. Location is ideal especially since the Beach is right across the street. If you get bored with the beach you can go back to the condo and swim in the pool or play tennis on one of the many tennis courts they have. The condo also has a restaurant right on site. The condo is beautiful everything is brand new. There is also a trolley that will pick you up right in front of the complex and take you to Fort Myers Beach all for a .25 you can't beat it!! I will definitely be back next year...
