NEW CONDOMINIUM (2008), located in the quiet west end area of Panama City Beach, but close to all its amenities. Nice beautiful beach,never too crowded. Elevated beach front pool and spa, exercise room/gym with state of the art firness equipment. Nice lobby with friendly staff. All the beach activities are available and could be reserved in our beach.
PALAZZO IS ONE OF THE NICEST BUILDINGS ON THE BEACH, very low density with only 129 units, you do not feel crowded even on the busiest weekends. The covered parking on the same building is a big plus. We are about 1 mile from the Pier Park with all the shopping, movie theaters and entertainment. Oulet shopping is 35 miles in Destin. The International airport is only 8 miles from the building.
Our unit has three bedroom, three bathrooms. Nicely decorated with a Kings size bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen size on the second bedroom with a private bathroom, and 2 twin beds in the kids room. 46-inch TV with DVD and VCR in the living room, Internet access with Wi-Fi and wired connection. Second and third rooms with TV/DVD's. Well supplied kitchen for all your needs. We love our second home and hope that you have a wonderful vacation!

Myself and 5 of my best friends came and stayed for the weekend. It was great! 3 bathrooms for 6 women was wonderful. Plenty of space, comfortable, clean, had everything we needed after a trip to nearby grocery store. The view was beautiful. It's May and although it was a little cool for laying on the beach, the hottub by the pool was a perfect alternative. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, close to all kinds of entertainment. The staff was friendly and courteous. I don't think I could have found a better place for the price. Thank you so much Natalia and family for your gracious hospitality.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I are originally from Colombia. We are both physicians and have 3 kids. Isabella (16), Nicolas (13), and Julian (4). We love the beach, and we got our dream come true in 2008 when we bought our beautiful condominium at Palazzo.
Why the Owner Chose Palazzo:
We have been vacationing in this area for about 10 years, we have seen a nice transformation of PCB, the development of Pier Park, the new International Airport and many more family oriented activities. Panama City Beach is evolving to be one of the nicest family oriented beach vacation areas. Plenty to do for everyone.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have a nice private beach, we hear the ocean from our window, the unit is 307 but is actually on the 7th floor, the first four floors are parking. We are in a quiet, family oriented area of Panama City, but also close to the main areas like Pier Park (less than a mile). Frank Brown Park is very close ( we enjoy playing tennis there). All the beach activities (banana boat, parasailing, etc)are right on our beach, no need to go anywhere else.
