  We loved everything about this place starting from the very beginning when I opened the door of the apartment and saw beautiful (even better than advertised) view of the ocean. Excellent place - clean, cozy, comfortable and spacious with stunning view of the ocean and sunrise. It has everything you need for your stay to be perfect. We just felt like home as soon as we arrived. Perfect instructions from the owner. She was available to answer our questions any time we had one. Location is great, beach is clean and not crowded. We will definitely go back to the same place.

  Everything is as represented with this rental. Super clean. Well furnished. On a great beach. Excellent views. Close to the South Beach madness (by car) but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Publix grocery store is only a short distance away, again by car. Lillian, the owner, is very kind and responsive. She takes great pride in this property. Private off-street and dedicated parking spot was a definite plus. The Blue Marlin Restaurant across the bridge on 2500 NE 163rd was informal and very good, if you like smoked marlin, mahi, grouper or salmon. Great fish tacos.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  This was my second time to Miami Beach and I will definitely be coming back. The first time we stayed in South Beach but this was much much better. Lillian was the most gracious hostess and her place was beautiful and well stocked. I enjoyed eating at some of the more local north beach restaurants than the crazy south beach scene although we were not far from either. The beach was beautiful and very convenient. It was great having a secured parking spot. Absolutely no complaints!

  Once again, this home away from home is perfect! The owner takes great pride in this condo. Can't think of anything more we could have wanted. The two weeks we were there just flew by. I want to go back! Thanks Lillian for everything!!

  Arriving at the appartment gave us a very excellent home feeling. Everything was wel cleaned and the place looks even better than in the pictures. The owner is very very kind.My daughter of 3 could enjoy her disney channel or other cartoons.The kithchen have everything u need . A lot of towels,even cooler box for the beach.We enjoyed staying there and will go back soonThanks Lillian for your kindness.

  Wow, every review is absolutely true,,,,,,very clean and well maintained, Owner is very kind and is true to her word........place has a modern feel, very nice decor, has everything one would want or need for there vacation and much much more.This place is very welcoming and the best part is the view of the ocean. My family loved it here, we were so pleased with our stay and felt like our home.....no odour, always had a fresh scent in the rooms, clean bedding,clean towels,very spacious, we will definitely rent here again. We miss listening to the sound of the ocean and we will never forget the hospitality we received from the owners a big plus in my books!!! Thanks again for making this trip so much fun, can't wait to book next year!!!!

  My husband and I stayed for one week in this lovely condo. The place was immaculate and every detail was made to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, you name it, it was there. If you forgot something, the owner had it there for you. It was beautifully decorated in a seaside fashion and the kitchen was well equiped. The WI-Fi was great also. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and left detailed instructions for parking and other situations. Perfect view, perfect setting, perfect week. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

  The two of us stayed for 2 weeks... and didn't want to do home! The owner has thought of everything you would ever need or want! We loved our own assigned parking space and the little cart in the garage we used to transport our groceries. Everything you would like for the kitchen and even has coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach! Loved sitting out on the balcony. Would definately stay here again! The owner was very available.
