Photo 1 - Hilton Head/Forest Beach, SC - South Carolina House Rental This wonderful, five-bedroom, five-and-one-half-bath, second row, ocean home is located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island on one of the finest beaches on the island. The home is situated on a quiet, low traffic street that dead ends at both corners. The home is in an affluent, oceanfront community featuring large, classic, ocean homes. There are ocean views from the upstairs front rooms and the beach is only a two-minute walk down your own private beach access which is located ten feet in front of the house. The home is superbly appointed and has sleeping space for 14-16 people. It is perfect for the large family or for two or three families wanting to share. There are two master suites with king-size beds and private baths; one has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath. The fourth a day bed with a trundle, private bath, TV, and VCR, and the fifth two double-size beds and a private bath. There is seating in the dining room for six and at the breakfast table, overlooking the private pool seating for an additional six. There are three cable TVs and two VCRs. There is also free high speed Internet hook-up. Outdoor amenities include a large private pool (which can be heated at additional cost) and an expansive deck with gas grill and ample seating. Towels and linens are provided. You are sure to enjoy your stay at this first-class, affordable, vacation rental. THE HARDEST THING IS DECIDING WHAT TO DO NEXT. There are canoe and bike rentals, tennis, golf, fine and causal dining, and night clubs all within a close proximity. You are also near Coliqney Plaza which has numerous upscale shops and restaurants. Paved pathways make jogging or biking more enjoyable as well as safe. Boat and wave runner rentals are available at many locations on the island. Also ask up about a private fishing charter with Captain Eric ( I will get you a discount). Wildlife refuges, dolphin cruises, horseback riding, and fishing along with countless shops, factory outlets, and restaurants are also available. You will SAVE 10-50% off rental agency rates by renting directly from an owner. Additionally discounts from ten-40% off listed rates may be made if there are 30 days or less until the start of the rental period.
