  This was our first time visiting Sunriver and we were not disappointed. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed; even a great griddle we used for breakfast. We were very impressed with how well prepared the "house" was for our arrival (welcome literature, brochures, an information binder about the house, plenty of extra blankets and towels ect.). Only complaint we had was one of the "things to do in Bend" brochures had five nude pictures in it. Luckily we didnt have our kids with us but we found the brochure distasteful and odd (we have no idea why the pictures were in the brochure, they seemed really out of place) We traveled with a very tall couple and were worried about the hot tub because it looked a little small in the picture. No need to worry, it was brand new and full size (picture just misled us a bit). The owners were great to work with and always responded to my e-mails in very quick fashion. Would definitely recommend to friends and will stay here again whenever we return.

  Owner response: Thank You for your review the heads up about the brochure. We have no idea what this brochure could be. It certainly is not something that we would place in the house! Often our Guests will leave flyers of things of interest in the Sunriver or Bend area and this must be one of them. We have requested our cleaning service find and remove that item. Seph & Lin

  We rented this house for our family of four for a 3-day weekend getaway. With 2 small children, ages 5 and 7, we had a blast exploring the Sunriver area and took advantage of the SHARC passes, Sunriver Ice Skating Center, and the area tubing hills during the days. At night, we enjoyed the house to the fullest. We ate most of our meals in and had no problem finding supplies in the well stocked/maintained kitchen. We built a fire each night and enjoyed the comfy living quarters. This house met our expectations in every way. It was super clean, well stocked and located in a quiet cul de sac. A definite plus to discover that the house is located in walking distance to the park. We used the hot tub on most nights and found that it was the perfect way to end a perfect day. In my kids words, "this was the best house ever!!" The owners were very prompt in returning any questions that I had about the property. We would, without a doubt, recommend this property to others. You won't be disappointed!!

I would like to clarify that the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, small appliances, pots, pans and about any thing that you would need to prepare meals. We also review each item in the kitchen twice a year to see if it needs to be replaced. We cannot supply spices, condiments or foodstuff as that would be a violation of the Deschutes County Health Code. • Amazing, beautiful house!

  Our family -- my husband and I and our two young boys -- just stayed at this property for a gorgeous winter weekend, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the house layout and amenities. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the bedrooms are lovely and cozy, and the whole place just felt like home from the minute we walked in the door. From the peaceful view from the big front living rooms windows to the cupboard stocked with games, it's hard to imagine a moment of boredom happening here. This would absolutely be my top pick for returning to Sunriver (bonus: it's very close to the SHARC facilities and shopping area). We particularly liked the fact that the bedrooms were on the lower floor, so we could send the kids down to watch cartoons while the grownups lingering over coffee in the mornings. :)

  We stayed in this home for a long weekend vacation in Sunriver. Our party consisted of 4 adults and a toddler. The house was great. Well furnished and equipped. Everything was clean and comfortable. We made good use of the excellent hot tub as well as the many kitchen amenities provided. The house comes with a travel crib, high chair, and stroller, so we did not have to bring these with us. All the baby items were in excellent condition. Our only difficulty was the lack of a baby gate on the stairs. Luckily we had brought one from home assuming that one would not be provided. However, our gate would not fit at the top of the split staircase and was only useful in blocking the lower portion of the stairs. This worked out pretty well since it was the lower portion giving our toddler trouble since he could not reach the hand rail. No complaints. I would rent this home again on future trips.

  The two of us had a wonderful stay at this home that did not feel in anyway like past vacation rentals. The home is everything and more the owners have described. The new hot tub and well stocked fire place really added to the peace and warmth of the home which were guilty pleasures after a day on the mountain. We are really looking forward to a future stay and enjoying the new water park and bicycles.

  My husband and I just got home from staying at 2 Flat Top, it was exceptionally clean and found it not lacking in anything. It was as described in the photos and owners description of the property. It was in a quiet area too which I appreciated. The kitchen had most any appliance and anything you would need for cooking, we used the kitchen a lot during our stay. We did eat at the South Bend Bistro which was excellent and the new brewpub for lunch which was also very good. The beds were comfortable too which is important to me. I would recommend this home to friends and family. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick in responding to my emails. I highly recommend this home!

  Five of us--my wife, son, parents, and I--stayed at the house for six days in August. The house is as the owners describe it and the photos show it. As they say they do, the owners maintain the house as if they were living in it year-round. In this and other ways, the owners show that they have their guests in mind. The passes to Sunriver's aquatic and recreation center (SHARC) were great to have when we wanted to swim, and I liked being close to Sunriver's bike trails. My son liked being close to Fort Rock Park and its playground. I liked that so many of the pine trees in the neighborhood were left when the houses were built.

  This home is very clean and very comfortable. It had everything that we needed and had just the right amount of space for my family of four. The interior was very cozy and cool thanks to the wonderful air conditioning. The owners of the home were so wonderful and pleasant to work with that we will be making this an annual stay for our family. You will not be disappointed if you choose 2 Flat Top!!

  Thank you SO much for allowing us to spend two wonderful weeks in your Sunriver house. It was a treat we'll never forget. You've done such a great job making 2 Flat Top welcoming and homey. The kids said Oregon was the most beautiful place they've ever seen. We hope to visit again someday in the near future.

  We stayed here with our two teenagers over spring break. The house is well equipped, nicely decorated, and very clean. It is a split level, with two bedrooms & a den downstairs. The den works well as a third bedroom with a sofa sleeper. The full size washer/dryer is nice for an active family. This rental is a great value, communication with the owners was excellent, and our security deposit was returned speedily. Though it was off season, there were many activities to do. We used it as home base and explored the areas nearby... Mt. Bachelor, Smith Rock, High Desert Museum, Sisters, Bend. We also biked extensively around Sunriver and went ice skating in the Village. We would definitely stay here again.
