It is few feet from the new built park with jogging trails, free tennis courts, flower parks. The metro station is only 2 minutes walk and many buses just pass by the street. And it is also a short nice walk to the beautiful XVIth century Parc Monceau!
If you do not feel like running in the park, the large and luxury main bathroom has a hammam (steam bath) , and all the necessary devices to do exercise. The main suite is completely independent from the rest of the apartment. On the second floor, you will find the second bedroom with its own bathroom. The large living area can also sleep 1 person in its sofa bed.
