  The other two reviews are spot on. The house is a complete charmer, and the photos don't do it justice! I was very glad to find the property since our party consisted of just 4 people and we didn't want to spend money on bedrooms we didn't need (and we had our dog with us). The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was also fully stocked with everything you'd ever need--even items like tupperware, which was VERY useful for the wonderful picnic we had on San Jacinto. The housekeeper, Dee Dee, met us at the property and very helpfully explained the details of the house to us. The owner, Mike, was very responsive, a great communicator and has great taste! You can also tell that he really put a lot of care into the house. It was very nice to work directly with an owner instead of a management company. I received my security deposit back right away without any extra prompting. The house has a location with easy access to everything you'd need in Palm Springs. Our dog loved the place, too. There's even a doggy door to the backyard! Our pup had never used one before, though, so he was a bit confused by it. We had a great stay and were very sad to leave. Any small groups traveling together or those with a dog can't go wrong with this property. Thanks, Mike!

We decided not to use an agency when we first started renting out our home. We think it's important to have a personal connection with our guests. We can make them feel much more at home and do a better job of meeting their needs, than any agency. Besides, I think we attract a better quality of guests this way (like yourself!).   I couldn't agree with Andrea more. The house was spotless and wonderfully appointed. It is stocked with every item you could possibly need and more. Mike has thought of every last detail..including 5 star quality towels! The house is perfect for dogs or for travelers without dogs because there is not a trace of dog smell or dog hair in the house. The location is terrific - near Palm Springs restaurants, Starbucks, Ralphs, and a running path. It was heavenly just relaxing in the pool and enjoying the afternoon in the sun with my dog. We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back as often as we can make it. I am so happy we found this gem. Thanks again, Mike!

  This place is spotless. You can see the owner, Mike, treat it like it is his baby. Every detail in the house has good taste and quality. Super clean and comfy and dog friendly. I think the photos don't do justice, I was glad to be surprise with such a cute little house. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that weekend and traveled from L.A. with my husband, 8 month old baby, our dog and mother in law, this place was perfect and I wished I had more time to enjoy it since I was part of the wedding party I didn't hang out as much as Id like to. Thanks Mike and DeeDee for the hospitality! Will definitely stay here again in Palm Springs.
