From the fully appointed gourmet marble top kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, to the master bedroom's snugly feather bed and french doors leading to the deck, to the second bedroom which is set up as a home theater with a Pioneer Elite 50' HD surround sound theater system, you are sure to enjoy your stay. You may not want to go home, which is the most common comment from our guests. There are 3 HD TV's with Directv, Wireless high speed internet, air conditioning and your own forced air heating, beamed-vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, lots of linens, beach chairs and towels, carport, shared laundry room...
I'm sure I'm leaving out a lot.

My husband and I have stayed in this Laguna Beach Penthouse for 2 summers in a row. (3 months at a time). The quality re-do of this beach style home makes it first class from the granite counter tops to the wonderful shower heads. Modern and totally up to date the VIEW is amazing and we love having our coffee in the morning and wine and cheese at night during the BEAUTIFUL sunset views on the private balcony. Views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom are breathtaking. The Owner is a PLEASURE to deal with and although only a few minor issues...she dealt with them immediately! Everything you need is supplied! We just brought our clothes and toiletries! Oh, and it has air conditioning (during the FEW times we needed it) and pets are allowed! You won't find that in very many places in LB. We would be staying here in 2013 but have decided to BUY a home in LB. So if you want a wonderful experience, close enough to WALK to the beach or in to town, quality upscale accomodations and wonderful people to deal with...stay here! I can't say enough nice things about it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway.

What a beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated throughout and very comfortable. Real luxury all round. The views are amazing too, have never seen sunsets like it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

What wonderful views and ambiance we had in Laguna Beach at your rental! The peaceful deck with stools and table to watch the sunset over Catalina with wine in the evening made for the end of a picture perfect day. The place was furnished like were the first to ever occupy it. It was welcoming, warm and comfortable. You made us feel exactly like your own personal guests. I am sure we will be back, Thanks, B & RRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
