Reservations: Your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation. Pricing and payment: Rates are listed above and are quoted in US Dollars. Cancel 14 days prior to arrival. You must cancel via booking method. Forfeiture of deposit: When canceling within the last 14 days prior to arrival, the cancelation fee will be 20% of the entire rental amount. Your credit card will be charged at booking. At registration (check-in) a $250 security/cleaning deposit will be charged (See above for information on cleaning fees). A copy of photo ID and last 6 numbers of Social Security Number are required. A copy of your passport and payment in full is required from all foreign visitors. At the end of your stay and a re- inspection, which certifies no damage, the above referenced cleaning fee will be collected and the remaining portion of your deposit will be refunded. Minimum stays and additional fees apply for special events & holidays (Please inquire).
