The condo was very clean and we appreciated the care taken to find an inviting place to come into. The location of Maui Vista is perfect and we would stay there again. We walked everywhere; beach, coffee, breakfast, dinner. It was in a perfect location. We used the insulated lunch packs and the beach chairs and were thankful they were available. The amount of kitchen utensils and dishes and glassware was great. And it was really nice to find some spices available too. The owners provide a nice starter "kit", too. Paper towels, food baggies, dish soap, etc.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This was by far the best choice we have made, We have stayed in many nice places in Maui but this is the one that has the best location, across the street from the Great Charley Young Beach, blocks away from restuarants & stores. Very clean & well stocked with dishes, beach stuff, etc...The beds were so comfortable & Dorli was great to work with !!! Mahalo for sharing this wonderful condo with my family & friends :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Just got back from Maui last night. We all agreed this was the best condo and best location we have ever had. The upgrades were fantastic and all the little extras, like the beach gear, were put to good use. Very nice people to work with. We will definitely stay here again next time we are on Maui! Mahalo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your help with renting the condo. We had such a wonderful time and loved staying in the unit so much. The unit was in an amazing location and was VERY clean. We had such an amazing time in Maui, despite the crazy rains! What a great place to just relax! With just a walk across the street to the beach...what more could I of asked for?? The Condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I couldn't believe that EVERYTHING that we needed for a day at the beach was right there in the unit, that was so convenient. Centrally located, we took advantage of the abilty to walk to most places for our shopping and dining needs. If you are fan of frozen yogurt....Tutti Fruiti is the place to go, a true yogurt bar! In the mood for a drive?, you have to check out the blow hole in the northern part of the island....beautiful. I will definately recommend this condo to my friends and family. Thank you so much for a great and relaxing stay at Maui Vista!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first trip to Maui and we were very happy with the condo. It is right across the street from Charley Young Beach which is one of the best in Kihei. And we also ventured out to many of the nearby beaches too - all of them were wonderful (Big Beach, Wailea, Keawakapu, Ka'anapali, etc...) but its nice to be able to walk to CYB. The condo has lots of beach stuff to use (buckets, chairs, umbrella, mat, towels) which were great for our kids and we didn't have to pack/buy anything. The view from the lanai was amazing too - a bit noisy with the cars driving by but gorgeous none the less. The condo has everything you need - 2 big bedrooms, a fully loaded kitchen, tv, ipod docking station, nearby stores & shops, lots of parking, great restaurants close by, etc... We also used the communal BBQ's downstairs a few times to cook and it was a great time to meet some other folks staying at Maui Vista. The pool is nothing to get excited about - but the beach is so close, everyone goes there instead. We will be back to Maui for sure and hope to stay in the same condo again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family of 6 stayed for 8 nights in this condo. The service was excellent! This was our 2nd time to rent the condo - we loved it so much. The rennovations were very nice - beautiful granite and new appliances. It is so close to a wonderful family beach. You can sit on the Lanai and watch the sun set. The pool is warm and close by. It is very quiet and roomy - even for 6 of us! It has boogie boards, sand toys, towels and snorkle gear for guest use. We hardly had to take anything with us. We walked to Cove Park Beach every day to surf. It was close to shopping and beaches and snorkeling. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a family. My older kids love the private loft and bathroom upstairs. We cooked dinner everynight in the stocked kitchen. Thanks and see you again soon!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My husband and I spent a week here with our 2.5 year old and nine month old sons. It was perfectly located in the middle of Kihei and easy to walk to Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants, and beaches. The unit is very comfortable, beautifully renovated, and has everything you need to enjoy the beach and have a restful vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children

We just returned from Maui last night...and are already dreaming of our next trip there! We had a wonderful time and just wanted to thank you for your hospitality. It was the most relaxing vacation since our honeymoon...Your condo was perfect - the location absolutely amazing. Charlie Young Beach is a hidden treasure. We barely ventured out because the beach was ideal and all conveniences were so close by. It really felt like a home away from home, our daughter was even calling it "our Hawaii house." We only wish... Anyway, we'll definitely be in touch in the future with a request to stay there again, you can count on that :) With fond memories of Kihei...Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Hello, my wife and I really enjoyed this Maui Vista condo and will be back for sure. Sitting outside by a nice table sipping a drink and watching sunset over the water was spectacular. For some of us travelling from a long distance, it is so nice to have all the beach gear already there. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, kids sand toys, kids dishes and utensils, and even snorkel gear. For the little one, the Graco soft playpen in the unit was even used as a bed. Really well outfitted for kids. The owners also setup a calling card for several hours of international calling. This really beats a hotel for sure being able to call home a few times. Really nice view from this building and closest one in the complex to the beach. Carrying the beach gear down the elevator, short path, cross the street and you are nearly instantly on the one of the most beautiful beaches in South Maui! The kids also liked the pool and fresh water shower. This unit also has a keyless lock which means you can go out and jump in the ocean without worrying about keys, just punch in your code to get back in.Did you find this review helpful? My husband and I and our 3 children were thrilled with our rental at the Maui Vista. We could see the ocean and whales right from our lanai...awesome! We had everything we needed right down to sand toys for the kids. The bedding was comfortable and clean and the big screen TV and IPod charger were more than we could have thought to ask for. We enjoyed most meals in but also cooked outside on the BBQ grills. We have already promised the kids that we will be back next year and we will stay longer next time. We strongly recommend staying in this unit - it has everything you need to make your vacation wonderful and is very family freindly. The view of the ocean, the proximity to the best beaches on the island, the pools and bbq areas all make Maui Vista an amazing place to stay, and this is truly one of the best and most updated units in the complex - we know because we've stayed in another unit. The unit has a balcony with and amazing ocean view and everything is impeccably maintained: clean, modern, and with everything to keep kids and parents alike happy.
