The Villa
This charming fully furnished villa is located in the magnificent city of Venice Florida, at the exclusive Plantation Golf and Country Club community. Only 10 minutes drive from the golden warm sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, and within minutes from golf and tennis, the villa includes all the amenities to make this your “home away from home” while you are on vacation.
Regardless of whether you enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, walking, fishing, bicycling, fishing, shopping, reading or simply relaxing, we are sure that our villa will be the perfect vacation home for you. The beautifully furnished villa features an open design with vaulted ceilings, two Master Suites with 2½ full bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen, a large covered lanai with a breakfast nook overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens and a lake, and a two-car garage. The lanai is well furnished as a separate room, making it an ideal spot to relax any time of the day.
The main Master Bedroom Suite features a newly decorate queen sized bed, armoire, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with skylight and a large roman tub and shower, and a separate double sink area. The second Master Suite has two twin beds and full furniture, with a second full bathroom with skylight and a shower. There is an additional ½ bathroom in the hallway with toilet and sink.
The living room is tastefully decorated with rattan furniture, with the couch which can unfold into a queen sized bed. There is a large HD TV along with a DVD as well as cable facility to enjoy all of your favorite shows and movies at your leisure. High speed wireless internet and telephone with unlimited calling is also included. There is an adjacent dining room with a formal dining table and plenty of room for entertaining.
The villa includes a large kitchen with all standard appliances (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), and is fully equipped with all the necessities to make and enjoy your favorite meals right at home. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with large washer and dryer. There is fully stocked linen closet with bath and beach towels, linen etc. The villa also includes a two car garage, as well as gas barbeque grill, bicycles and beach chairs. You have access to a nearby community club with heated pool, library and other facilities.

• This is a single story villa, so you do not have to worry about climbing stairs.
High speed wireless internet and telephone with unlimited calling is included.
• The rental fee also includes a “social membership” (for a nominal transfer fee) to the exclusive Plantation Golf and Country Club, which allows you to enjoy many of benefits of the club including golf, tennis, Olympic size pool, Jacuzzi, restaurants etc.
• A short walk from the villa is the recently renovated community clubhouse and heated pool. This provides an intimate setting for a swim, reading and relaxing, or a game of cards with familiar and new friends.
