Crystal Lake Getaway II is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath home with Private Frontage located on the southwest shore of Crystal Lake with beach, dock and hoist for your boat.
The cottage was completely remodeled in 2010 to offer you a very relaxing vacation. The remodel included new hickory cabinets and floors in the dining, kitchen and bathrooms, new carpeting in the living and bedrooms, along with new windows, siding, roof, electrical, plumbing, new LCD TV, newer furniture and appliances, washer and dryer, and more. It includes three bedrooms, of which two bedrooms have a double or queen bed in each, and another bedroom with a trundle style bed.
There is a deck on the front for a great view and a larger deck on the side of the house (with side entry) for eating a meal, reading a book, or just for some peace and quiet. A gas grill is located on the side deck. The bike/running path is directly out front of the cottage as well. Walk to Beulah (1/2 mile), or take a bike ride into Frankfort with no car traffic the entire way. You can even find the overflow if you walk a mile or two down the trail.
The frontage includes a sandy beach area, cement patio with firepit and play area. Enjoy the lake with the provided kayak, or bring your goggles and wade out in sandy bottom water a few hundred feet to the drop off and view the fish swimming by. Year Purchased: 2009
Tim and Michele have three children (Lyndsey, Elle and Briana) and live in Grand Rapids, Mi. We purchased our first cottage on the NW shore of Crystal Lake in 2001 and have enjoyed it with our family and rental guests so much that we jumped at an opportunity to purchase our second rental late fall of 2009.
