Lovely home located between Shallow Pond and beautiful Wequaquet Lake. Nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with CENTRAL AIR and a fenced area for pets. Fully equipped kitchen, family room with a fireplace and a flat screen tv, sunny living room with vaulted ceilng, dining room, sunroom with vaulted ceiling, and patio with comfortable furniture and a gas grill.
A BARNSTABLE BEACH PASS is included with the rental of our home (access to Craigville Beach, Sandy Neck and many more). You can also enjoy access to our ASSOCIATION PRIVATE BEACH on Wequaquet Lake and PRIVATE TENNIS COURTS. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Hyannis Golf Course and Old Barnstable Golf Course are minutes from our home. We have truly enjoyed our home's convenient location to shopping, dining, golfing, beaches and most of all the beautiful natural surroundings. We feel our home is an inviting place to relax and unwind.

We had exellent vacation at Centerville house. The house is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could wish for. Convinient location, close to the ocean and private lake. Great restaurants nearby. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.

Great location for the needs and interests of my family. Would stay there again. Quick trip to Craigsville Beach. Easy on and off Route 6. Near food store and drug store. Especially loved Lambert's for fruits, veggies, soups, deli.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved staying at Holly Point. The house is very comfortable - and great for holidaying with teens. They had their space and we had ours when we wanted. Wonderful to walk around the lake with our dog. And the tennis courts were just the best - we played almost every day for an hour - even met one of the summer neighbours who joined us for a few doubles' matches. The extra bonus of the beach pass was just grand - we'd take the car, park at the beach, run 5k, change and then enjoy the sun and surf. A great family adventure for all of us!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners.

We stayed last year for a week for our family vacation - the house was clean, perfect situation for us to stay with our son and our two dogs! We were delighted with this beautiful home! It has much to offer any family renting this property. Large, spacious living areas made this a perfect location for my husband and I to have our grandchildren visit us.The easy walk to the private lake was a big plus .. We could enjoy swimming or just relaxing without the hassle of packing the car! We have to say that this was probably the best week on the Cape we have spent over the many years we have been coming.We could not have had better owners to rent from. This was a spacious, well maintained home with a lot of amenities. It was clean and tastefully furnished. The owners were gracious and accomodating. The total experience was akin to staying at a close friend or relative home. Given the occasion, I would rent the property again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

My family had to be on Cape Cod for personal reasons. We found this property to have a great location and although we could not make use of the the many amenities they were convenient and available (beautiful lake, tennis). It was very well equipped with all the comforts of home and had a beautiful sun room, which we enjoyed every evening. We would definitely recommend this property for a family and would rent again, should our travels take us back to Cape Cod. Great value.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, girls getaway.

this house is lovely. It is spotlessly clean and the beds and all the furniture are very comfortable. It is very well equipped with full laundry facilities, all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need, plush towels, board games, and even cake mixes and frosting for a sweet tooth attack! The owners are very friendly and when we had a couple of questions they were immediately available by phone. The sun porch is fabulous for relaxing in the evening. In short: you will not be sorry if you rent this property. I cannot think of any negatives, and all four of us were very pleased.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
