  Just a short walk to the pier and your bare feet are touching the beautiful white sand of Florida's Emerald Coast. This one bedroom condo is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 as it also has a pullout sofa bed also and all the comforts of home away from home!

  This is our third year renting this unit from Susan. We love the location.....only steps out the back door until you are on the beach. This unit is perfect for a couple wanting to spend time alone or for a small family. It is pet friendly and each time we've come back Susan has either added something (flat screen on the wall, new coffee pot) or updated the condo with a new coat of paint and flooring. She is awesome, fair and very accomodating. You simply can't go wrong in renting this unit. Thanks again Susan for an affordable vacation. Hope to see you at the end of the season. :)

  Owner a pleasure to deal with. Knows how to communicate to any question ask. Very clean. 50 yards to beach. You won't find a better bang for your buck in this area, that's a guarantee!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Can't beat the location. Wife and I have traveled alot, highly recommend.

  We spent 8 days on the beach and we loved every minute. Fort Walton has great beaches with clean, soft, white sand. The water temps were great and the water was emerald green. I appreciated Susan's prompt responses and friendly manner. She is a delightful lady and I recommend her to anyone looking for a nice condo at a fair price. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and dishes and glasses and cooking stuff. Wireless Internet was good and we used it a lot for searching local restaurants and attractions. The bed mattress made my back ache, but that is fairly common for me. If I vacation in Florida next year I will book with Susan. Thank you Susan for tending to our reservations promptly and with detail. Entrusting my summer vacation to an individual I don't know was a bit unsettling for me. But no more. I trust Susan to provide a nice property without glitches in booking. Maybe next time I will get a quick tan before i embarrass myself with my milk white body on the beach. :)

  The Condo was very nice. We arrived on a Saturday and everything was ready for us when we got there. We were just a walk to the ocean and we could see it from the back porch.

  Loved our second stay Susan. Just like last year very clean,close to beach and good restaurants. Can't wait to come back again. Thanks for always responding to my questions so quickly. Also loved the new tv,kids did too.Would definetly recommend to friends and family!!

  Susan was amazingly easy to work with. The Condo was comfortable, clean, perfect location and so much more then we had expected. My sisters and I stayed for our 1st of many vacations to come. The condo was set up perfectly for the 3 of us, right out of the back door was a short walk across the street to a nice, clean, quite and visitor friendly. It was a short drive into Dustin but Fort Walton had plenty of local places to visit as well. We will be back next year.

  The property was much more than we had expected. Clean, roomy, convenient. I have never had a more enjoyable stay on the Gulf Coast. My three year old terrier, Jojo also had a wonderful time. Thanks to VRBO for introducing us to this great vacation spot. I can't wait to go back!!

  This is a very nice rental for the money. You will not find anything bette for the price trust me I looked around before we decided on this rental. It is our second trip and we time at this condo and we plan to go back. She has made some improvements since our last trip in 2010. You will not believe how close you are to the beach. This property is way cheaper than a hotel and much nicer. It has a very nice convertable couch.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Tropical Isle Rental Rules and Regulations: Susan Burke Owner 1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-In time is after 4:00 PM and Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Due to our high standards for cleanliness we request check-in not before 4:00 PM 2. PET friendly, prior approval required. No Pets allowed on Beaches. Pets must be on a leash when walking. PET must be clean and flee free. Pet fee of 50 is required. 3. AGE REQUIREMENTS: Singles under 21 are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent. 4. DEPARTURE Upon departure, please remove all garbage to the appropriate receptacle. Put all dishes in the dishwasher. 5. CANCELLATI0NS/CHANGES: Non-refundable 200.00 within 30 days of occupancy. 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests per apartment is limited at most properties to four (4) persons in efficiency or one bedroom. Unless otherwise approved. 7. FULL PAYMENT DUE: Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. 8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Linens and 4 bath towels are included in the unit; daily maid service is not included. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, and facial soap provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. We suggest you bring beach towel(s). We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units except to launder. A washer and dryer is in the Tropical Isle complex, bring quarters for laundry. 9.
