Beautiful, large, single family home located on Singer Island. Only 1 block to the beach. 11 miles to Palm Beach Intl Airport.
Our home is fully furnished with all new furnishings. The master suite has a private bath and a queen size bed with a large walk in closet and a 22" flat screen TV with cable. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 22" flat screen TV with cable. The third and forth bedrooms each have two twin beds.
The family room has a 42" flat screen TV with cable. There is wireless high speed internet.
The 2 car garage has a full size laundry room with washer and dryer.

We rented this house for a men's golf trip. The location was very convenient for us and anything you could want is within a 5 - 10 minute drive. We found the home to be very clean and comfortable and the owner made everything very easy for us with this rental. We would definitely rent this property again..Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for Christmas. We experienced wonderful weather which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the beach which is just a short walk away as well as other nearby attractions. The home is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-stocked. We found everything we needed to prepare many meals and plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out comfortably and enjoy our time together. In short, we felt right at home. There are many things to do in the area. We enjoyed the local wildlife. My nephew went snorkeling nearby and saw a stingray and we kayaked at a nearby park where we saw dolphins. We also enjoyed a couple of evenings at City Place which has shops, restaurants, movies and nightlife as well as other nearby attractions. The beach area is very nice. There is a beach stand nearby where you can rent chairs, umbrellas, etc, as well as a beach store to purchase your souvenirs and the items you forgot to bring. Overall, it was a great house, great location and we would love to return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Our extended stay at this Singer Island home was great! The house had everything we needed and more. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood only a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to downtown WPB. It is spacious and comfortably furnished, with wonderful living and dining areas - a great vacation rental for family & friends.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We purchased our home on Singer Island because it is close to everything (West Palm, Fort Lauderdale, Miami) and above all it has one of the best beaches in Southeast Florida. We plan to retire to our home on Singer Island in 8-10 years.
